Beautiful, very bright apartment of 76 m2 with closed loggia on the street side of 16 m2 and 2 balconies on the basin side (9 m2 and 4 m2). Living room of 29 m2 on the basin with a 2-person sofa bed. Room of 12 m2 overlooking the basin with a double bed. Parking side room of 14 m2 with 2 beds (one for 2 people and one for 1 person) + loggia
