The condo is located in the quaint mountain town of Frisco, CO nestled on the edge of the Tenmile Mountain Range of the Rocky Mts. There are 2-levels to this condo with a loft suite on the second level. The vaulted ceilings on both levels, with lots of windows for mountain views all around, gives it a great open airy feel. The spaciousness provides ample room to gather together with two living rooms or retreat to your own space or large bedroom.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Fabulous condo located just a block from Main Street Frisco, which was the perfect location for our winter weekend getaway. Very close to multiple ski resorts and walking distance to great restaurants, only added to the wonderful experience we had at Joan’s condo. She was incredibly friendly and provided fabulous details about the condo and surrounding areas. The condo itself was immensely spacious and impeccable. Great option for multiple couples and/or families. Open concept with a working gas fireplace and plenty of room!

Spring Break

We went to Colorado for the third spring break in a row and this was our best experience thanks to the location and comfort of the condo. My husband started feeling bad and that concluded in a trip to urgent care and an extra nights stay. Joan was very understanding and accommodating.

Quiet street close to town.

Nice condo, very comfortable for our group of four adults. Very clean and easy communication with host. Very convenient location- Walk to all the shops/restaurants on main st Frisco, and even a short <5 min walk to shuttle bus to Copper.

Joan's condo was perfect for our group made up of 5 adults. It was exactly as described and more. We skied at area Nordic centers and Keystone all of which were easily assessable from the condo. The condo is 1-2 blocks from Main Street in Frisco a fun place to walk and visit. Joan responded quickly to questions, check in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. If we return to Frisco I would happily stay at Joan's condo again.

Great condo right next to Frisco Main Street

Very spacious condo that is well appointed and super close to Frisco’s Main Street. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Also, very close to Summit Stage bus that goes direct to Breckenridge and Copper (Keystone, too, I believe). The place is super quiet and comfortable - my kids even spotted a fox out the back window… neat to see wildlife so close to Main Street. Joan is great to work with and very communicative. Pictures and description are spot on - you will not be disappointed.

A Beautiful and Spacious Townhouse

Located close to Main Street in the cute town of Frisco and close to shopping. A well furnished condo with big bedrooms and giant closets filled with plenty of hangers. Plenty of room for us to spread out and our hostess was so friendly and accommodating! We had a great stay and would love to visit again.

The condo was just as described. I echo the other glowing reviews. Great space, location and host. We had 3 adults and 4 kids, ages 10-80. Everyone had the right amount of space and things to do because of the location close to town & skiing. Joan was very responsive, especially when a winter storm altered our plans. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Joan's Condo was just as advertised on VRBO. It was perfect for our group of eight adults. We had two couples in the first floor bedrooms & four singles sleeping in the bunk bed & two single beds in the loft which had a very large amount of space. The free summit stage bus stop was a short two minute walk from the condo & is about a 20 minute trip to Copper or Breckenridge as advertised. Joan did an excellent job of communicating with us & addressing any of our questions.

Great Stay in Frisco

Spacious property that served our family well during a winter break. Great location - we walked to main street for several nights out and the drive into Breck for skiing is super easy.

Great place for a family get together

This condo is the perfect layout for family vacay, space to be together and rooms to be apart. The kitchen is tight - just one cook at a time but it is VERY well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. Perfect location to walk to Main Street.

Great Getaway Condo!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay! Our host Joan was fabulous, including a detailed orientation on arrival. Condo was very clean, more spacious than expected, and very quiet just minutes walk off Frisco's Main Street. Central location made itravel very easy to surrounding areas. We would highly recommend!

15 night stay 6 friends

This property was as described. Most suitable for three couples or even a couple of families. We had plenty of room and we all thought it was a great choice for our needs. It was especially great with the upstairs/ separate bedroom and lounge as we needed to isolate due to getting sick. It was good not to be confined to just a bedroom. The outlook from all rooms of the mountains were a bonus. A really great spot to travel to the resorts we skied at and a very short walk to the Main Street for restaurants and cafes etc. this property will not disappoint. The parking was great too and our host was quick to help with a couple of issues we needed to discuss. Hopefully the dryer is sorted now and whilst it was a n inconvenience we still managed to dry clothes as this home was very warm and well ventilated. Thank you for a great stay. We will recommend this property to anyone who’s heading to Frisco.

Beautiful condo in Frisco!

We enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The condo is located just blocks from the downtown and lake. Joan, the owner, was great to work with and was extremely welcoming. She informed us prior to the stay that the dryer needed a repair, but it was not an issue for us. Condo is a very short drive to Copper Mountain. Although there are not many pictures of the loft, it was very spacious and perfect for teenage / college aged kids. We highly recommend this condo!

Blocks from Main street in Frisco, it would be hard to ever pass up on this unit if its open again. The owner is wonderful and responded immediately to all inquiries that we had. We have zero complaints about our stay, and loved our time there.

I’m a Michigan native with a love for the mountains and a passion for skiing!! Being outdoors, being green, and being an animal lover—these are my other passions. I’m a freelance graphic designer living in Michigan but I spend 2 months here at the condo each year, spring and fall... keeping tabs on things and skiing as much as I can. I’m always working on projects to upgrade and keep the condo in tip-top shape.

I’ve been coming to Frisco, since the age of 16, for ski vacations with my family. My love for the area and all it has to offer, both winter and summer, started way back then. Now in my 50s, I am fortunate to have this condo that I consider as my home and feel even more fortunate to have owned it for 20 plus years. For a period of time in my 30s I lived here. I love this place. The lifestyle here is laid-back and active at the same time, with all there is to do in this beautiful mountain and lake setting. I hope you will enjoy your visit and find it a place you’ll want to return to again and again, just as much as I have.
