My kids and I live part time in this home. Please, treat it like a home, not a rental. We have put a lot of time and money into making it the beautiful space it is. - much love

Why they chose this property

I am a southern girls who moved to Utah because of it's beautiful mountains. I enjoy the 4 full seasons here. Summers are spent in the mountains hiking and biking and winters are spent on the slopes. People often comment on the way my home feels. I love people! I have created a space to entertain and bring friends and family together. I hope one day to turn this home into a bed and breakfast where I can get to know my guests and serve them in a hospitable way.

What makes this property unique

My back patio is incredible. I wake up to the sounds of the birds and often eat breakfast outside while starting up conversations with golfers. Evenings are spent in this same place, with views of the mountains while sitting under twinkling lights. It is a perfect place to read a book or BBQ with friends and family.
For those who enjoy solace, that can be found on the down stairs porch relaxing in the hammock or come back inside to hang upside down on the YOGA hammock.
The downstairs is a KIDS DREAM! It has a built in school house with slide. We have a foosball table, toy kitchen, barbie house, train table and olympic rings.
