LES OURSINIERES: lovely fishing port, supervised beach with shower, cafes, diving school, bowling alley, parking lots, coastal paths.
Studio of approximately 25m2 (ground floor) in a quiet area 200 meters from the beach of OURSINIERES.
Description: living room (1 2x80 sofa bed - wardrobe) with kitchen area (microwave, fridge, washing machine, electric hob) + one bedroom (1 bed 140 cm, wardrobe) + a bathroom (sink, small bath, toilet). Small veranda at the entrance equipped with a table for outside meals. Entrance / Garden not private for access to other studios.
Linen not provided. Animals are not allowed.
Less than 5 km from Pradet, a picturesque village in Provence located between Toulon and Carqueiranne - Hyères.
"Blue flag" for quality bathing water. Winner of the "flowering villages of France" competition. Many restaurants and leisure activities in the surroundings, hiking trails ...
Rental possible from April to October inclusive. Minimum stay of 3 nights (50 € / night).
Weekly prices (7 nights) for the following periods: June 300 €. July: 400 €. August: 450 €
