- Quiet neighborhood access to everything.
- 1 hr to Chicago, 35 min to Milwaukee, 30 min to MKE Intl Airport. Located in the city of Kenosha w/ a country feel.
- Completely furnished w/ radiant floor heating, & A/C.
- Access to Hwy 31, 50 & I 94.
- Includes all furnishings, office space, internet, TV & utilities. Suite is 1100 SF
- Suitable for 1 person only, no additional guests allowed.
- Do not plug in your electric car. Our power grid and box does not support. There will be a $75 added charge if you plug into our house. You will also be charged for all repairs and the costs associated with an electrician to come out and inspect.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove the linens and put them in the laundry room.
Please gather up all towels used, wash, dry, fold leave in laundry room.
Please make sure the grill is cleaned and gas is turned off. Take ALL FOOD WITH YOU!
Please throw the trash out in the bins to keep the bugs away. Then, roll the cans out on the curb by the mailbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
