We offer unparalleled YEAR-ROUND amenities including: The custom-built dining room with an amazing buffet counter, Irish Bar and houses an extra-large custom-made beautiful dining table -- always seats 14 but, easily seats 20 with the leaves --- let us know if you need the leaves.

The dining room features two sets of double doors opening-out to the absolutely breathtaking first of three flagstone patio areas.

We have 6 individual areas in our backyard, housing a variety of fun filled amenities:

1. The first flagstone patio area encompasses a large fire-pit, outdoor dining area housing 2-large square tables and 16 chairs, surrounded by gorgeous privacy trees and umbrellas for shade. This area also has a great conversation space with a beautiful outdoor sectional facing the large outdoor TV. Additional tables and chairs also available upon request. Ample seating around the large built-in gas firepit is so much fun.

2. Gazebo #1 is fully equipped with a beautiful outdoor bar including 2 fire tables for extra warmth especially on colder Colorado evenings and gorgeous ambiance year-round. In addition to the 2 fire-tables to help keep you warm on the snowy winter days; the gazebo also houses 2 electric really warm outdoor heaters. Enjoy being outdoors year-round.

3. Under gazebo #2 you will find our newest amenity; our very popular and stunning outdoor 3-in-1 pool, ping-pong and additional dining table. There aren't many outdoor pool tables in Colorado. So much fun!

4.Our large and awesome grass area, perfect for yard games: the outdoor game shed is filled with numerous yard games, including: can jam, corn hole sets, axe throwing sets (plastic & safe, but so much fun), paddle smash, smash net and more. Seating areas throughout the yard for spectators to enjoy, including a bench swing and a quiet--somewhat secluded egg chair perfectly tucked away surrounded by trees and tranquility.

5. Another patio area just north of the hot tub, housing a brand-new poker/game table. A game shed filled with numerous table games including all the poker necessities needed for some great games. This area also offers another fabulous conversation area with 2 outdoor couches.

6. Now imagine after a full-fun filled day of Denver activities, it's time to immerse yourself in the 8-10-person hot tub -- sitting on the edge of our outdoor gazebo #1

In our backyard --- you won't be frustrated that there's nothing to do. Instead, you will be challenged with what to do first and trying to fit everything in during your fun-filled time in Denver. It's okay, we have a lot of yearly returning groups, join the family!

With a brand new extra-large natural gas outdoor (kitchen set-up) grill area for outdoor cooking --- you won't miss a beat. We also provide 3 large coolers set throughout the yard for your convivence to have ice-cold beverages always at your fingertips. You can't go wrong!

Are you looking for more? Okay, how about yard lights across the yard and more shining on all of the patios, so you can play yard games and enjoy the firepit and patios into the evening. New this year, we now have permanent “festive holiday-like lights” around the exterior of our home. They are so fun and add to “your” celebration ambiance. With 6,000,000 lighting options, just tell us -- “your” choice of colors and we’ll get you set up --- displaying “your” color theme during --- “your” backyard celebration. In other words, if you are staying at our place, hosting (a pre-approved) Wedding Rehearsal Dinner? A 4th of July gathering? A Graduation Celebration? GREAT!!! ----if you would like, give us your colors and we’ll set the ambiance to match “your” color theme.

The inclusion of the buffet counter and the Irish Bar in the dining room not only provides ample space for large home cooked meals but, it’s also perfect for caterers to display their masterpieces as you host “grand memory making large gatherings”. The 75” Dining Room TV allows you to enjoy smart TV and cable entertainment while indulging in your culinary delights --- this comes in handy during sports extravaganzas such as the Superbowl, NBA Championships, World Cups, NCAA Championships --- really any weekly game or show that wins your attention. Also, great to enjoy wonderful family home movies.
