4 bedroom home for rent located near Black Hills State University. 1824 sq. ft with AC, attached garage, fenced back yard and plenty of parking. Smoke-free home and dog-friendly upon approval. 10% discount for 7 nights or more.

Sleeps up to 6 adults:
Bedroom 1 with one queen bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 with one queen bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 3 with one queen bed, sleeps 2
Optional 4th bedroom with inflatable twin mattress upon request (currenty the baby's nursery and available for luggage storage, etc.)



Guest access: Front deck with great views of surrounding hillsides, covered back patio, propane grill with tools, fully-fenced back yard and two large dog kennels for indoor use. Kitchen stocked with all cookware, place settings and utensils needed to prepare meals. Washer & dryer located in basement. Access to one-stall attached garage for smaller vehicle or several motorcycles. Free WiFi and Hulu Live TV (similar to cable TV, 100+ channels), Netflix and Amazon Video. DVD player and stereos also available.

Other things to note: Please no smoking inside. Gardeners will stop by the property a few times over the week to water the garden outside, without bothering guests.

Great stay

We came for the sturgis rally and the house was perfect for 6 of us, location was great house was clean and had great amenities! Loved pulling our bikes into the garage and left the truck and trailer out front with no issue.

Exactly what we wanted

Cute house with a great view. We were able to park the bikes in the garage as well. We’ve been out to the rally many times but this was our first time staying in Spearfish. It was perfect. The house was easy to find and we were able to park our trailer right out front. Raeann was very responsive to questions and left us maps and other info as well. Plus - her husband works for (or has) a brewery and they left us a few in the fridge to try and it was good! Thanks Raeann. 🙂

Home away from home

Communication with owner was informative and helpful. She left us with tons of information about the area. Quite neighborhood with great view and nice private backyard to relax in!
