Mahana at Kaanapali is an OCEANFRONT resort located on the NORTH BEACH section of the famous Kaanapali Beach on West Maui. We are located just north of Duke's restaurant and several miles from the recent Lahaina fire. Our resort had no damage as a result of the Lahaina fire.
Mahana Unit 1205 is a privately-owned One Bedroom / One Bath oceanfront condominium for vacation rental directly from the owner at reduced rates. Mahana 1205 is approved by Maui county as a legal vacation rental. Mahana 1205 is located on the top (12th) floor with ONE bedroom and TWO bathrooms. Mahana 1205 in the north (Molokai) building of The Mahana resort. This luxury oceanfront condo has all the amenities to make your Maui vacation a memorable experience. We are in full compliance with COVID-19 cleaning procedures.
We also own a One Bedroom/One Bath Mahana condo (Mahana 1217) listed under VRBO #364287. Also, visit our rentals at StayOnMaui.

Beautiful place that is right on the beach with a stunning view! One of the only areas on the island where you can see turtles from the resort. The place was exceptionally beautiful with a well designed floor space that gave us lots of room! My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and we were blown away by how nice and well kept everything was!!!

We had an amazing time and loved this property! It was exactly as advertised and the view is breathtaking, for sure. We enjoyed watching turtles, seals and amazing sunsets from the patio. Getting in and out of the unit was easy and the location was convenient to so much to see and do. We did not want to leave. I would definitely book this property again.

Unforgettable Stay with a Gorgeous View

Our stay was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views that truly set the tone for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to great local restaurants and shops, We were able to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in equal measure. The pictures do not do this condo justice. You walk through the doors and you immediately feel like you’re in the ocean. I’m sure other places are nice but I don’t think you can get a better view then from this location. Truly stunning!

We had an incredible stay at this condo! The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The unit was spotless, and all the appliances, cookware, and utensils were high quality, making it easy to feel right at home. The view was absolutely stunning—directly overlooking the ocean.Snorkeling just a few feet off the reef felt like swimming in an aquarium—we saw turtles, seals, and even dolphins! We didn’t feel the need to book a snorkeling tour because the experience right outside the condo was just that good. The beach was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.At night, the sound of the waves made for the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The complex also features a nice pool, hot tub, and convenient gas grills. Just next door is a five-star beachfront restaurant, and everything you need is within walking distance—grocery stores, food trucks, and the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had.Overall, this condo and location exceeded our expectations. If we return, we’ll definitely try to stay here again!

Maui in Winter

The Aston Mahana is low-key as resorts go, but has everything we need and want. It is right on the water, every room has ocean view. No restaurant, but great restaurants such as Duke’s are close by. Other local restaurants and food trucks also nearby. This unit has an incredible view of the ocean, Lanai and Molokai from the top floor.

This place is amazing. Great view!

The condo has all the amenities you would have at home. We were able to cook breakfast every morning. Great kitchen appliances and gadgets. The condo is very clean and has nice furniture and great decor. Our only issue was construction was going on on the property. The pool was closed one day due to the construction. The noise at the beach from the construction was quite loud. Outside the construction issues we would definitely recommend and will probably return ourselves

We have stayed at lots of VRBOs. This one is the best of the lot. The owner, Joe, was uber responsive and professionally handled all of our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond. The complex is super quiet and right on the beach. We fell asleep to the sounds of waves each night. The unit is stocked with everything you need including beach gear and Tupperware. The only thing you need is your clothes and shampoo and conditioner. Everything else is here. Paradise awaits.

Very clean and beautiful views

The views are splendid and the location is super convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. We were given an abundance of towels and the place was sparkling clean when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked, and we loved watching the sunsets in the evenings over a cocktail right in the living room.

Beautiful Place!

We had our wedding ceremony on Maui and booked Mahana 1205 for my parents. We have stayed at the Mahana a few times and this room was definitely one of my favorites. My parents loved it. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Very nice, clean, updated. Plenty of space for the two of them and having an extra bathroom is always great. The view from the 12th floor is amazing! They watched fish, sea turtles and even saw dolphins a couple times. My mom was really impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with equipment. The only suggestions they had would be to add a ceiling fan to the bedroom and some of the vent ducts needed cleaning. Really great experience for them and we were very happy with this unit!!

Home away from home

Our friends were previous owners of this property so I was familiar with the layout and amenities of the unit. Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, seasonings and supplies. Gorgeous 12th floor view of ocean in a comfortable, cozy and quiet location. Adequate space for 2 people.
