When you first arrive at this condo you will feel like you just found the prettiest condo in Branson. The interior was designed to offer you peace and relaxation ... and everything is new! Spectacular upgrades throughout this impressive all new 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, golf front condo. Professionally decorated, fully furnished & fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in all the rooms.

The open living room/ dining room has a 70 inch flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a cozy wood burning fireplace so you can have some snuggle time during Fall and Winter visits. Your condo has free wifi. There is a full size washer & dryer and we supply the laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron & ironing board.

Your kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. It is complete with toaster, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishes, pots & pans, glassware, etc. You will have a complimentary goodie basket with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and popcorn.

Your covered deck has an electric grill and a view of a creek & the golf course. Access your deck from either the open living room or from the master bedroom. Relax with a cup of coffee and watch the golfers or in the Springtime enjoy the baby ducks in the babbling brook below your deck!
The condo is on a dead end street... very peaceful and wonderful location!

After a fun day out and about you can come back to your condo and fall asleep easily in the plush beds, with superior linens. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, and the master bath has a jetted tub. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Plus there is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to provide plenty of room for all.

You can enjoy the resort's private lake access area where there is private fishing from the shore, a children's play area and dog play area, picnic tables, grills, and a nature trail you can follow all the way to the trout hatchery! You are also a short walk from the Pointe Royale Clubhouse where you can enjoy the large outdoor swimming pool w/fountains and children's wading pool, tiki bar, indoor heated pool open year round, new lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness center with 24 hour a day access, restaurant with bar, outdoor patio, media room, library, meeting rooms, ballroom, pro shop and of course our BEAUTIFUL Pointe Royale Golf Course! Pointe Royale has sidewalks throughout the resort for you to walk and enjoy. Please note, the resort does not allow boat or trailer parking.

Your family dog is welcome to come along at no additional fee. The condo offers doggie dishes, doggie treats and pick up stations are located along the sidewalks. We are dog friendly!! Due to allergy issues, we cannot accept cats.

There are NO cleaning charges when you stay with us!

Pointe Royale Golf Village is located on Hwy 165, just 3 miles south of the 76 strip on Lake Taneycomo. Offering easy access to all the Branson attractions. When on the HWY 76 strip you turn South at the traffic light located at the Titanic museum, drive just 3 miles to Pointe Royale on your left. There is a gate attendant at the entrance 24 hours a day to insure a quiet, peaceful stay for our visitors.
