The house is spread over 200 m2 of which only 172 are available for rent, local marked as "private" are used as storage by the owner. It has a floor composed of five bedrooms (5 double beds + 2 single beds) and two bathrooms.
Covering an area of ​​1200 m2, the garden of the House of Marcassins unfolds in front of the property about 250 m2 but especially at the rear, with a steep pine forest of over 700 m2 decorated with cork oaks and 'arbutus. The west terrace is accessible by car via the portal, and North Terrace features a bicycle or scooter access to reach the back of the house.
