Margate NJ Beach House

Super clean Margate Beach house located on the Ventnor/Margate border
Beach and boards at the end of the street.
Home has a king bed in master suite and queen beds in the other bedrooms.
Powder room, washer and dryer located on the first floor.
Five TV’s, cable TV and Internet.
Chefs equipped kitchen.
Home is modern and stylish.
Shed for bike and beach chair storage if needed.
Hot Spring Spa, Gas Grill and Dining table and six chairs on deck outside of Dining area off the rear of the house.
Minimum stay is 7 nights .
All weeks start on Saturday @4PM with check out at 11AM the following Saturday.
Property is easy to show should you be in the area.
Pillows and bed comforters/quilts supplied.
Bed linen and towels supplied by guests.
This property is pet and smoke free.
A separate lease will be required between owner and temporary tenant upon booking.
A Blink camera is installed to monitor front entrance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Home away from home

Well stocked home. Clear instructions and helpful hints. Great location for walking to the beach, coffee, restaurants and the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great beach vacation!

John’s place was great, exactly as described in listing. Stayed with four adults and four kids and had a really good time. We loved the back deck and hot tub. John was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to visit again!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at John's place in Margate. The house is beautifully appointed and immaculate. The hot tub was a treat. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

Great 3 bedroom home in Margate!

John was a great host. He was available to answer all my questions. His house was stocked with everything I needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood in Margate and decorated nicely. Would stay here again!
