- Enjoy the beauty of the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea of Cortez from your private 2100 sq. ft + villa at Villa La Estancia's 5-star resort located on Medano Beach. which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. 

- This lavish resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home.

- This beautiful Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. 

The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room. 

The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. There is also a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar.

A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for grocercies. (extra charge for shopping and groceries).

Villa La Estancia is one of the only privately owned resort communities on the swimmable Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. This property offers breathtaking views of the distinctive rock formation at Land’s End, infinity pools with waterfalls and grottos, state of the art spa and services, on-site restaurants with private chef options, and 24-hour concierge service. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

We just spent 4 nights and had a fabulous trip. The room and grounds are beautiful and people and service top notch. Couldn't asked for anything more. The resort was quiet which was very relaxing but town was close enough to walk to if you wanted more action. The beach was beautiful and swimable which we love. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic! The unit was immaculate and the staff well trained. Everything was superb! 100% recommend. We went to Pal Mar and Arcos. They are a lot more loud and rowdy. I’m sure they are lovely too.The trolley was helpful and if you don’t want to pay taxi prices, walk or take trolley to the entrance and pick up your uber. They can’t come in to pick you up, but they can drop you off at your location on the way back.

We have been to Cabo twice now, and this is by far my favorite place. We travel a lot and I am very picky on where I will stay! This place was immaculate! Every corner and crevice were clean! I absolutely love this place! Note to self… the drinks and food were very pricey at the hotel. Make a trip to Wal-Mart on our way and save big money! The store at the resort is great, but also very pricey! All in all… this place is amazing! We will return!

We rented a 2 bedroom Villa for our vacation. The Villa was very nicely appointed and came with a beautiful kitchen, family room and large terrace with incredible views of the Pool, Sea and El Arco. The resort staff and concierge were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the onsite restaurant and pool grille were superb and the resort also had an onsite market with everything we needed for our Villa. What a fantastic vacation! We loved our stay at Villa Estancia.

What makes this property unique

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share. 

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
