Lake Front, Amazing view. Visit “Sea time”…At Lake of the Ozarks.

We would love for you to come visit our beautiful lakefront property with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. There is one boat slip for your use (10x24)and you can also pull a boat up to the side of the our other dock that is14x32. Beautiful new dock put in place summer of 2022. House freshly painted on the outside. New Living room furniture and flooring.
View the beauty of the lakeside from the two furnished decks as you enjoy sitting by the lakeside and watch the boats go by. BBQ grill with propane and also a seperate charcoal grill. Gentle waters are a plus in this large cove. Great for swimming as it is a no wake cove. Enjoy our large swim mat and 2 paddle boats. Go by boat or land to the close by restaurants. Full service grocery store is just a few miles away. (Woods) This for sure is your home away from home. A boat rental company delivers right to the dock or you can rent a boat from Frankie and Louie’s at the end of the cove.
We are at the 10 mm at the large opening to the Lynch Hollow Cove.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All dishes to be clean and put away. All trash removed and put in trash can at the top of driveway. Beds stripped of sheets only and put in laundry area floor. Dirty towels put in laundry room.

Great place for family getaway!

This place was perfect for our family weekend vacation. Big dock in a no wake cove with lily pad, paddle boat and lots of area and chairs to use to hang out. The decks are really nice and kitchen are was great for us!

My family had an amazing stay! It was our first time to the Ozarks and we will certainly be back. This house had everything you need for an extended stay and it was well taken care of. The location was great as well, within the no wake zone, which was definitely a great benefit. Diane, the property manager, was great as well. She was very informative and quick to respond, even going the extra mile to send us items we left behind. We would absolutely stay here again. My family all said it was the best trip they have taken.

Family vacation

Week at the Lake

The Lake House has stunning views of the lake, it’s very comfortable, and the dock and water access are very nice. It’s in a no wake cove so you can actually walk on the dock on weekends. We had a great time

This house was perfect for our friends get away. The cove is perfect to swim and hang out in. Kids loved the lily pad, paddle boat and diving board. Diane was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Summer Vaca at the Lake

We had a fantastic time at the property which suited our family with three small kids perfectly. Some of the dock boards do need to be fixed with some nails popping out, but it did not slow down any swimming or boating activities. Would recommend this location to other vacationers.

Great Location

We had a great 4th of July here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The dock is huge, we caught fish right off the dock. We sat out on the deck & dock and watched fireworks every night. Diane was wonderful to work with. Couple things that could be improved, more furniture in the living room and new sheets and comforters for the bedrooms.

We loved the location

This house is in the perfect location on the large Ozarks lake! It’s in a wake free cove, but has amazing boats driving by because of the popular restaurant of Frank and Louie’s at the end of the cove. Our kids love playing on the lily pad, diving board and paddle boat (that come with the place) we loved sitting on the dock or deck relaxing while watching them play. Great dock for our boat too! The house have a full stocked kitchen, good size bedrooms and washer and dryer (a must for us). We would recommend this house and will be coming back next year!!

Wonderful large windows

This property was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The large windows are wonderful. House is close to the water and there are multiple outside areas with lots of tables. New AC works great! Manager is more than responsive!

Peaceful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house! The house is beautiful and well maintained. It sits in a quiet no wake cove which allowed for good fishing. It was convenient having the boat and ski lift available to use. All amenities are just a short boat ride away, however by land plan to allow 30 minutes to drive. The only complaint I have is the hot water. The water heater needs to be adjusted because the water is extremely HOT. We definitely would stay in this house again.
