Very nice property, plenty of room for two 9- & 10-year-old boys to run around. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shuffle board, & fuse ball were a big hit. Overall an enjoyable time.

We had a lovely time with the two couch, rooms and hot tub. Enjoy the fire and the scenic fuse as well. Was perfect for us going to Stevens Pass with minimal concern for traffic. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

The host was very accommodating, gave us his personal cell number so if we needed anything we could call. Home is close to Leavenworth, it was a beautiful drive back and forth. We had some great memories in this home.

Beautiful location, awesome accommodation

This property is in the beautiful Cascade range, just outside the town of Leavenworth. The accommodation itself has everything a group could need: lots of room to sleep, activities like shuffle board, and two kitchens to make meals. Loved it!

An Excellent Stay at Cozy Mountain Escape

We loved staying at Ryder’s home. The house was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The location is also fantastic: right next to the beautiful US 2 road to Leavenworth. Lake Wenatchee state park just nearby as well as numerous hiking trails. If you are looking for a spot to stay with friends and family, this is it!

Amazing Ski Trip location

Our Family from NC traveled here for a ski trip and had an amazing time. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The owner was very responsive to all my messages and requests while we were there. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again next year.

Lots of room for three families

The property was comfortable and had great space for a weekend with three families. Found ourselves enjoying the games, connecting over meals and relaxing on the deck. The owners were helpful and responsive to all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for our family of 11. It was spacious for all. It was nice having 2 kitchen areas especially on Thanksgiving. The location was private and relaxing and we had snow the whole time we were there. The grandkids enjoyed sledding on the side of the house. The owner was responsive to a couple issues we had. We would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful family cabin

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful cabin. We loved the large communal areas. The kids toys they had were great. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin was close to Stevens Pass and to Leavenworth. The owners were very nice to deal with and were available if needed. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Great stay

We had 3 families and each had their own floor. The bottom floor was great for hanging out and playing games. The main floor was nice cosy area and the top floor was great for the family with kids. It is just far enough from Leavenworth to make sure there is snow but only a 20 minute drive into town. Thanks for a great stay.

A perfect location for a family gathering and skiing

This property could be perfect - great location; good size for family; love 4 king beds - but for a few issues: Not enough toilet paper for 12 people; not enough flatware for 12 people; salt shaker was empty and King bed on top floor (not the one with the bunk beds) VERY uncomfortable - needs to be replaced.

The host is very responsive to address any issues or concerns. The host provides clear guidelines for the use of the property and they are all understandable and reasonable. The property is well maintained and has many amenities which other properties might not have such as children toys. The recently added Starlink internet service works very well. This is our second time staying at this property and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

House was spacious. Downstairs kitchen was large and well equipped. Shuffleboard table and hot tub were great amenities. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely return.
