This location provides unparalleled access for all your favorite motorsport activities including snowmobiling, UTV, ATV, motorcycle, and others. Other non-motorized forest activities would include extensive hiking, camping, hunting, and firearm discharge. Just minutes from Angel Fire Ski Area, Angel Fire Golf Course, and Monte Verde Lake.

Owner was very kind and helpful. Hot tub was amazing, older kids loved the game room and the little ones got a kick out of the slide in the loft area. Nice area for the kids to go sledding in the snow. Not to far from town and ski lifts.

Beautiful and spacious property. Smooth check-in and check-out. Lots of space for the group to spend quality time together. Long dining table and kitchen are great. Must have a 4x4 or AWD to drive here in the winter when it snows and the roads get icy.

Great family fun

We spent our family Christmas together in the cabin. It was perfect. The accommodations could not have been better. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch. The game room for the kids was the best. Perfect amount of beds for the whole family. Outside the firepit was great for the whole family. Would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to get away and have some family fun. ,

Wonderful house

What an awesome house! We especially loved the seclusion… even though we weren’t confident enough to get to the skiing we thought we would do (you’ll need that 4WD when the roads haven’t been plowed yet, and we got a lot of snow while we were there) the kids couldn’t have had more fun sledding and playing in the snow! Bunks were fun and beds were comfortable. The house was warm and hot tub was hot! We loved our stay!

Everything was perfect and this house is so comfortable. They have thought of everything. The only downside we ran across was the dryer. It wasn’t a huge problem, but we had to run clothes through the dryer three or four times to get them dry. Everything else was perfect!

The home was everything and more. We had a group of 15. Everyone had plenty of room to stretch out and have fun. The house had everything needed to have great time. Kitchen was stocked very well the activities were numerous. The views were amazing. Wildlife everywhere and the views were the best. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation.

Perfect Place for Families with Teens

This is a fun, spacious mountain home with all you need to keep big kids and adults happy! We stayed at this home for 5 nights, and ended up not eating out once because it was so fun for the adults to cook and hang out in the great room while the kids played ping pong, basketball, pool, and video games. All 13 of us fit nicely along the dining table for a sit-down dinner each night. The two dishwashers were a major bonus! We could be at the grocery store and the slopes in less than 15 minutes. Our first visit to Angel Fire was extra special because of this home!

Very nice, comfortable home away from home in Angel Fire!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and were even able to let us check in early since we'd driven in overnight and arrived much earlier than the check in time. Everything was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there were a lot of supplies as far as dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent, ziploc bags, spices, basic cooking ingredients (cooking spray, honey). We had an issue with the dryer not working properly, but the owners graciously offered to pick up our clothes and bring them to a laundromat to dry them for us and bring them back, which was very nice as we didn't want our wet laundry to sit and mildew. With the weather, they weren't able to get someone to look at the dryer right away, which was fine. We'd highly recommend this property for your next vacation in Angel Fire!

Perfect for us!

The house looks just like the pictures, if not better in person! The kids loved the upstairs game area. I wish that had been a little bit more closed in, but it was fine. There was plenty room for everyone to sleep. We had eight adults, for big kids, ages 8 to 12, and two babies. The only issue was nothing to do with the house itself. The house is a few miles into a neighborhood going uphill. The fresh snow with our 2 wheel drive 15 passenger van was a bit tricky for us. The host was great with communication. Service was not the greatest in the neighborhood just because of location, but the Wi-Fi at the house was great. Overall, loved the trip and am happy with our choice!

Family Christmas 2021

Everything was wonderful. Property owner was available as we needed and responded quickly. We had a great time! Property has something for everyone in group to enjoy. Some of the other properties seemed to have issues with driveways due to snow and ice so we were very thankful for this property. Having a large garage to park cars in was definitely a plus.

Great house in an amazing location!

We had such a great time here! The house is located next to trails that are perfect for dirt bikes and Side by sides. The house is great for large groups and offered tons of stuff for the kids. The house is very spacious and offered plenty of room to sprawl out. Downside was it was loud with a lot of kids bc the upstairs is open to the downstairs. There were a few minor things that seemed to need a little TLC but overall it was perfect!!!

Everything you need for fun!

Loved having everything we needed to tube, snow shoe and snow board available without any additional effort on our part. Game room and hot tub were a huge plus. Great vacation, kids didn’t want to leave, already planning our return.

The house that has it all

Awesome place awesome amenities, had everything we could ask for. An absolute blast to come back to after a day of snowboarding. The neighborhood was so majestic after it snowed. Would recommend 4wd or chains to get around the neighborhood if it snows.

I'm Chris and my wife since 2001 is Kelly. In the summer of 2005 we moved from Albuquerque to Angel Fire and immediately fell in love with the residents and surroundings. We now have three lovely daughters and love Angel Fire even more!

Why they chose this property

We've always enjoyed all things outdoors. I've spent a lot of time in the Carson National Forest, and would access it through the gate behind what is now our backyard. One summer afternoon in 2013 while accessing the forest through that gate, I noticed a For Sale sign on the adjoining lot. So in the Fall of 2014 we began construction of our dream home in our dream location. Completed in August of 2015, our home has lived up to every expectation we could have had and we look forward to sharing this with our visitors!

What makes this property unique

The access to the Carson National Forest truly is unparalleled at this location. The wide network of trails, and the incredible surrounding beauty is so easily accessed and enjoyed. But, the location of this home is not the only thing that makes it unique. This home was built for entertaining and sustaining large groups of people. The incredible common spaces allow for large groups to be more than comfortable all while having an unforgettable experience. A couch that seats twenty, a 150 inch wide theatre screen with 5.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound, three additional zones for audio including outdoor, a Connelly pool table, ping pong, basketball game, darts, rock fire pit amphitheater, fiber optic high speed internet, dual dishwashers, commercial stove... Did I mention that this is a smart home? Amazon Echos throughout the home control lighting and other smart things.
