Oceanfront townhome in Indian Harbor Villas, North Bethany. Great views of ocean, state park, and even Indian River Bay. Easy access to wide beach. Parking for up to 4 cars. Fully equipped kitchen, CAC, cable HDTV, 46 inch Sony flat screen, DVD/VCR, high speed internet access, outside shower, grill. Nicely furnished. Beds include 1 king, 3 queens, and 1 twin (a pull-down Murphy bed -- very comfortable). Washer, dryer, dishwasher. 4 decks. No pets. Not handicapped accessible.

We provide certain basics, such as toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, sanitizer, and washing machine soap. We do not provide food items or condiments, other than salt and pepper.

Kitchen is equipped with dishes, cups, wine glasses, regular glassware. Also, basic pots and pans, cutting board, flatware and utensils, two coffee pots (a Keurig, and a Cuisinaire drip), toaster, blender, etc.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach house! Clean & just about everything you need in the kitchen! Great location-,few minutes walk to the beach( no road crossing) and close to Bethany.Our grandsons were intrigued about the outside shower which was very handy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed for our stay. We just needed to bring sheets and pillowcases for two of the beds and washcloths which was all clearly communicated ahead of time. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets which I appreciated. We didn't get a chance to use them, but there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We had a warm April weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the decks. There are three to choose from and plenty of chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Place is nice. Many updates although I hoped stair carpet would be included. Slight inconvenience when workers showed up our last morning.

Thank you for your review. The stair carpet has been cleaned multiple times, but is too light in color for the beach; it will be replaced over the winter. The workers were next door, and I had earlier asked the owner next door to reschedule them, but he was unable to.

Bill is amazing and made everything easy for us! The place is amazing and ALL were blown away at how the house was just terrific! The only issue was thst the dishwasher did not work.

We arrived to find another family at the house - the owner had double-booked this property. He blamed VRBO for the mistake, even though it was clearly his fault. He made us wait 45 minutes while he figured out how to refund our money, and never apologized for the enormous inconvenience. We had to find another place to stay at the last minute. A NIGHTMARE. Do not book here.

Such a great property to stay in. There are four bedrooms one with a queen bed and pull down twin trundle bed. They include all linens with a washer and drier. The main shower is in the master bed with the king. The second full bath is tiny so not ideal for a shower. Views are amazing and the outdoor shower is nice with hot and cold water. The path to the ocean is right outside with a lighted path at night. Excellent location with Rehoboth beach DE and ocean city MD within 15 minutes. Short drive to the shops at the board walk. The unit is on the end and in a gated community. All in all a nice stay.
