Waiamea Bay is the birthplace of big wave surfing. Pipeline possesses the reputation of the worlds most beautiful and dangerous wave. Sunset beach is power surfing at its finest. These well known beaches are a very short drive from our beautiful properties. My family’s one acre properties that were once part of a large farm are now homes with banana and avocado trees, along with beautiful indigenous plants native to Hawaii. The 1000 foot elevation and five minute drive to the beaches provide a cool and serene alternative to the quicker paced, people watching and warmer Kamehameha Highway District. Along with Pipeline and Sunset Beach, Haleiwa makes up the final piece of the Triple Crown of Surfing. A seven mile drive takes you to the quaint former Plantation town of Haleiwa which boast eateries and shopping that have been featured on syndicated food and travel channels. Fishing, diving, zip lining, surfing, paddling, snorkeling, cycling, sailing, shark expeditions, bird watching and skydiving are just some of the activities that are available. The upstairs 2 bedroom unit has a tree house effect that offers a peek at Mount Kaala, the ocean, and the adjacent properties. This unit is designed for 5 but are expandable to accommodate 7 with newly remodeled kitchen and bath and a wraparound deck with large lanai perfect for entertaining and star gazing.
