About this property

Kick back and relax in this brand new Biloxi beach remodel

Completely updated and remodeled condo with top of the line furnishings and décor. I only hope our guests take very good care of interior as there is nothing in it bought from big box stores. It is furnished with all high end furnishings. Pull up just a few steps from your entry door. You won't have to walk a half mile then take an elevator to get to your quarters. Each bedroom and the living room each have their own private entry. We are 3.5 miles from the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Hotel. For and idea of how we run our vacation rentals, please read the reviews of our 5 other rentals in New Orleans. Or better yet stay with us in both cities. Our listing numbers in New Orleans are 514575, 634476, 750189, 761572, and 1020112. We on the back side of the complex and have a big beautiful oak tree right outside the condo. Plenty of free parking for cruising the coast.

PROSPECTIVE RENTERS BEWARE: If you are booking this specifically because you want a beachfront property, look elsewhere. This is not a beachfront property. You have to walk across a 4 lane highway and past 3 other buildings to get to the beach. It is a blatant lie to call this a "On the beach" property. You cant even see the beach from the property. I voiced my concerns about the incorrect listing with the owner, and he has kept the property listed as the same. Which tells me that the owner is intentionally misleading people to get more bookings. Most, by the time guests arrive at the property, it may already be too late or may not have the time/energy to cancel and try to find another suitable property. So he knows that most people end up staying.The advertised property address doesn't match the actual address of the property. Which is why he includes a bunch of instructions on how to find the property after getting to the address listed. Other than the location, the property is about average. Front door knob needs replacing. Dryer needs replacing. Porch area wasn't cleaned before we arrived. My disappointment is more about the Owner and the listing detail more so than the property. If the owner updates the listing and lists it accurately, I will update my review.

The property was better than the pictures really loved the 2 ground floor balconies which wasn’t shown in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the living room area.it was spacious . Easy check in and beach assess directly across the street. Owners were very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the 7 day stay. Will reside there again if in the area!

There is a King size bed in the master bedroom. A queen size bed along with a loveseat foldout twin bed in the second bedroom. And a trundle day bed in the living room. For a total of 5 mattresses. A king, queen, and 3 twins. So 5 people can sleep with each having their own bed.
