Newly Constructed, (2018) Family owned vacation home on a quiet, relaxing 2 acre country setting overlooking the Mississippi River! Our 2500 sq. ft. home welcomes you to the warmth, taste and style of the Driftless Area. Just 4 miles from Gatherings on the Ridge, 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Prairie Du Chien and a short jaunt to the river. Sleeps 8-10, 5 queen beds , 2 baths, master bath with jacuzzi tub, full kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, toaster, waffle iron(bring your mix) keurig, coffee pot, complimentary coffee, etc.) Linens, towels, and grill provided. Fire pit (please bring wood)picnic table and cement patio out back with chairs. Spend a day on the river, plan a hike at Pikes Peak, golfing, Effigy Mounds or take a drive on The Great River Road! Also close to Villa Louis Historic Site, river boat rentals, enjoy Friday night Fish fry at Spring Lake, lunch at Simply, pizza at the Porch. Apple orchards, Sunrise and West Ridge, are also abundant in the fall! Located 1 mile off Highway 35, public boat dock within 5 minutes, and many attractions to visit. WiFi available
Great all year round, hiking, fishing, ice fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, kayaking, swimming, camp fires!
Mt LaCrosse is a fun, family ski lodge located about 45 minutes from Hypoint, visit in the winter and spend the day on the slopes 😊

We understand families with dogs, so we are trying to accommodate to this. Dogs are NOT allowed in the loft or on furniture (including beds)Please keep them to one area of the house. Limiting the pet hair is a must. You need to pick up after them outside. We strive on keeping the house clean. CATS not allowed! Please add $100 pet(dog)fee to your booking or leave at house. Comfy house with beautiful view

The house is very well kept and had all we needed. The view was amazing and we loved trying to spot birds and barges with the telescope. Foosball was a big hit too! It was a great house and we were so grateful to have a place where our dog could stay.

Fantastic place to stay with our family! Location was great. Plenty of room for parking. We brought rangers, 4 wheeler and fishing boat. The deck had a great peaceful view. Easy to get around in the kitchen. The only thing to consider is no dishwasher. Not a problem just something to keep in mind. Would consider this house again if we visit again.

Prefect getaway!

We loved this house! The view is incredible and the location was great. Far enough away from chaos, but close enough for anything you might need and plenty of things to do. The owners were absolutely on top of any questions we had. 5 stars!

Celebrate Love

I was actually unable to make it and booked it for the groom and his groomsmen. They told me that they loved the place so much that they actually took bridal photos at the location. The place is beautiful.

Wonderful stay

The house was wonderful and the view from the deck was amazing! Sara was great with communication and always answered our questions quickly. We spent most of the day out sightseeing, but came back to the house for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also took advantage of the outdoor grill. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it to others!

Perfect Getaway

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Everything was perfect - from the space to the accommodations to (especially) the view. The only disappointing thing was having to check out and go back home. We loved our time at Hypoint and can't wait for the chance to return in the future. Wonderful getaway! Clean & comfortable with beautiful view.

We so enjoyed our stay at this cottage. This is by far the most comfortable rental we have ever stayed at. All the appliances were top notch, and beds and linens were great. My kids were worried about no internet or cable, but that meant we had more time for games and preparing meals together. We all loved hanging out on the deck with it’s beautiful view of the river. The cottage was so well stocked, we didn’t even need to make a run to the store for things we forgot to bring, like an extension cord or scissors. We would definitely like to return, maybe next autumn to see the fall foliage.

Wonderful!

Fantastic views and beautifully decorated home. The surrounding area is just perfect to go out exploring whether it's hiking, boating, shopping, dining or finding a good brewery! And, if you don't feel like doing anything, Hypoint Loft is so comfortable, you feel like you're home. Deck is so relaxing to sit on & do nothing!!! So appreciative that we could bring our 2 dogs. Outstanding View and Amazing Home

This home was everything and more than what we expected. The deck off the back of the house has an amazing view of the river far below. We spent the first evening out on the deck watching fireflies, looking at the stars, and listening to the birds as they settled in for the night. The house was beautiful, so comfortable, and had everything we needed for our five nights. There are so many things to do within 50 miles in each direction. We went to Balltown to eat at Breitbachs, Prairie du Chien, and Fort Atkinson, IA area. We are already talking about when we can plan our next trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Time!

We absolutely loved staying in the Hypoint Loft! From the bird feeders to the great view, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our two little boys loved sleeping in the loft area, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the wonderful view! We even saw fireworks on our last night there. The fire-pit was awesome, and our boys tried their first s'mores there! We would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

We are conveniently located right off Highway 35. The view from the deck is admirable to many. The river is always a family favorite in the summer with boating and fishing. We also have alot of ice fisherman who visit. Nearby hiking with spectacular views as well. Small shops and great eateries. You will be happy you came to explore nature in our Driftless area.

What makes this property unique

The driftless area has become known as a place to visit. While the market for rentals has increased not all of them offer a view like ours. The house has a spacious design and sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee has been the main attraction. If you are a person who loves to be on the hill with a great view, this won’t disappoint
