MAGNIFICENT CONTEMPORARY VILLA 5 * 250M2, POOL, 6 BEDROOMS, 14 PERS, 2MN BEACH

Magnificent contemporary VILLA facing south, on one level, with private swimming pool fully secured on a magnificent plot of 1200m2 with children's games. Very quiet residential area close to the beach (5 mins CARNON and PALAVAS by car, 7 mins by cycle track, 10 mins by GRANDE MOTTE) and MONTPELLIER (10 mins by car, 15 mins by tram).
The layout of the rooms allows everyone to have their privacy and to find themselves with family or friends in the living rooms. Our villa benefits from all the comforts: 5 bedrooms + 1 air-conditioned mezzanine, 1 large fully equipped kitchen, 1 very large living room overlooking the swimming pool, modern furnishings, all rooms are equipped with large windows overlooking the garden, we provide household linen and shower towels.
2 indoor bathrooms (one large with Italian shower and bathtub) and 1 outdoor bathroom (Shower); 2 indoor WCs and 1 outdoor WC.
The 5 bedrooms + mezzanine can accommodate 14 beds with different possible combinations of large double and single beds; We have all the necessary baby equipment (2 baby cots, a baby chair, etc.).

Broadband wifi access, 3 large flat screen TVs (> 120cm), 2 Freebox Revolution boxes, DVD players

The swimming pool is completely secured by glass / stainless steel barriers for the safety of the little ones.
Table tennis table and outdoor children's games (trampoline, swings, slide, children's house, basketball hoop), lawn for football games,
3 Large terraces (a panoramic roof terrace from where you can see some fireworks, a pool terrace and one in the shade of a large olive tree with hammock); barbecue and plancha.

A very large park (with football / basketball / handball fields and children's structures, giant slides, etc.) on the edge of the pond is 5 minutes' walk away, as are enclosures with Camargue horses and bulls ...
All amenities are within 5 minutes by bike; the historic center of Montpellier is 20 minutes by tram (station 800m),

Semaine à Perols

Belle semaine à Perols. La maison est très bien située. Grande maison fonctionnel, nous étions 3 familles pour un total de 12 personnes. Nous avons pu visiter le pont du Gard, la grotte de Clamoux, la cité de Carcassonne et quelques journées à la plage. La plage de l’Espiguette est exceptionnelle avec plusieurs stationnements disponibles.

Great experience, very stylish and confortable house

I will give Bertrand full marks for a very well equipped house and garden and for his exceptional communication and attention to detail. There was so much space for us all (14 people ) and the pool is amazing. Young and older...we all enjoyed our stay tremendously ! I would highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très grande villa parfaitement équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits grands. Il y a plusieurs combinaisons possibles pour les couchages ce qui était bien pratique. Nous avons surtout apprécié la très belle piscine sécurisée et les jeux dans le jardin . C'est vraiment l'idéal pour les enfants. La pergola est très agréable pour manger tous ensemble. Les plages sont entre 5 et 10 mn en voiture avec parking gratuit. Bref on recommande vivement cette villa et on remercie Bertrand pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants. La maison est vraiment très confortable et parfaitement équipée. L'espace nuit est bien isolé de l'espace jour. Les pièces sont vastes. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le grand jardin fleuri et arboré agrémenté de jeux pour enfants (maisonnette, balançoires, trampoline) et pour adultes (table de ping pong et panier de basket notamment). Que dire de la magnifique piscine avec son bougainvillée géant parfaitement sécurisée pour nos enfants. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de l'endroit. De très belles plages étaient à 5mn. Bref, un magnifique séjour. Un grand merci à Bertrand pour son écoute, son aide et son souci du détail!

maison idéale pour familles

Nous avons loué cette villa la semaine du 15 août à 3 couples avec enfants, soit au total 12 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme ambiant, la maison spacieuse, le jardin luxuriant, la climatisation, la piscine sécurisée, sans parler des équipements pour les enfants qui étaient au rendez-vous (trampoline, balançoire, maisonnette, table de ping pong, livres pour enfants etc...). La situation géographique de la maison est de surcroît idéale, car elle se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à moins de 10 minutes des plages et de l'hypermarché Auchan, sans bouchon pour y parvenir... Le propriétaire nous avait laissé un book très pragmatique dans lequel tout était spécifié : organisation de la maison, personnes à contacter en cas de problème, notices des appareils électroménager, des activités à proximité, où faire ses courses etc... guide très utile! Nous recommandons vivement cette location!
