Private, quiet & safe 1 BR with full bath and functional kitchen just 8 miles from downtown Asheville NC , 13 miles from Hendersonville NC and only 3.5 miles to the airport and Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit just across the creek in wooded clearing. Relax on the screened porch while you are serenaded by song birds at night and an orchestra of cicadas at night. The space is on second floor and located on a partially wooded property abutting creek with fire pit in a quiet wooded clearing. The Gem has the comforts of a cozy updated urban apartment nestled in a wooded fold of mother nature for an outdoor retreat feeling in Asheville suburbia. Amenities include a screened sitting porch with gas grill, 2 person hot tub and gas fire pit with covered parking next to entrance for easy entry in inclement weather. The stay includes internet and internet based TV such as Netflix. . Please park on right side of door code is 7531...turn tab after green light.

We stayed for 3 nights. The place was very clean and seemed to be very safe. The hot tub was really nice. The big eye on the stove didn’t work and neither did the oven but we had the gas grill to fall back on so no real grief there. Everything else was exceptionally nice except for some strange pictures on the walls. Never did figure those out. I’d give it an 8 out of 10

If your looking for a peaceful, serene, and tranquil oasis, this is it!!! A whimsical safe haven with a spa like experience!!! Great covered parking into the rental out of the weather!!!!Loved the enclosed porch with hot tub!!! Wooded area was very nice!! Close to downtown with easy access!!! Definitely will be returning!!!
