Apartment is located just behind two shopping malls: Delta city and City mall. Whole neighborhood is new-built and very modern. Currently, this is the most attractive location in town, due to its vicinity of two shopping malls and all kinds of cafes, restaurants, banks etc. It is perfect for youngsters to feel night life of Podgorica, as well as for business travelers due to its vicinity to Podgorica's business area - Rimski trg and Capital plaza.
Although the building is close to all amenities, it is isolated just enough so you have your own peace, since there is no commercial spaces on the ground-floor.
Apartment is one-bedroom, located on first floor, and can accommodate 3 persons. It has spacious living room, balcony and terrace, comfy bathroom and bedroom. Apartment is equipped with washing machine, fridge, cooker, stove, dishwasher, cable TV, high speed Wi Fi, Air conditioning system etc.
Coffee, tea, juice, water, snacks are available for use free of charge.
Everything is carefully designed for your pleasure. We are experienced in hospitality business and will be very glad to host you and to make your stay in Podgorica pleasant.
