AMAZING VIEWS from this spacious 2 bed 2 bath

Wake up overlooking the water in this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Bahia Sector of San Carlos. Whether you stay in bed or have your morning coffee out on the balcony, you will be overlooking the water and watching the many boats as they come and go from the marina. Sitting approximately 100 yards from the water, this 5th level condo has two bedrooms and two full baths overlooking the condo swimming pool and hot tub as well as the bay. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the bathroom is just around the corner. Each bathroom has an oversized ceramic tiled walk in shower. There are no bathtubs in the property.

Complete with Direct TV and internet the condo contains an electric range and cooking utensils, an over the range microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. You will be comfortable here for just a few days or we also offer long term rentals of a month or more. Rates vary depending on the length of stay and of course weekly and monthly stays are discounted accordingly.

The property is located approximately one mile from the restaurants and shops at the marina and approximately 1 1/2 to 2 miles from the center of San Carlos.

Please check out the pictures of our property. You will not regret staying at Villa Bahia Condos. This is a gated property and the only way in (and out) is with a key or a gate opener.

DIRECTIONS: STAY ON THE MAIN ROAD ALL THE WAY THROUGH TOWN. STAY TO THE RIGHT AND FOLLOW THE SIGNS TOWARD PLAYA BLANCA. IN APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE YOU WILL SEE A SIGN ON YOUR LEFT THAT SAYS "CIRCULACION". THE CONDOS ARE TO THE IMMEDIATE LEFT OF THAT SIGN BUT YOU CANNOT GO THAT WAY, ITS ONE WAY. YOU HAVE TO GO AROUND THE CIRCLE. AFTER PASSING THE CIRCULACION SIGN (STILL ON THE MAIN ROAD) YOU WILL MAKE A SLIGHT LEFT THEN A SHARP LEFT. ABOUT 200 YARDS OR SO AFTER THAT SHARP LEFT YOU NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER VERY SHARP LEFT DOWN A SLIGHT HILL (VERY EASY TO MISS) AND THAT PUTS YOU ON THE ONE WAY STREET GOING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CONDOS. AFTER THE SHARP LEFT ITS MAYBE 300 YARDS TO THE GATE OF THE CONDOS ON YOUR LEFT. SIGN TO LEFT OF GATE SAYS 385 SAHUARO AVENUE.

IF YOU MISS THE LAST LEFT YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU COME TO A VERY SHARP RIGHT HAND TURN. JUST MAKE A U-TURN AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ON THE RIGHT ROAD. IT GOES BACK THE OTHER WAY AND PASSES RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CONDOS. A LITTLE CONFUSING I KNOW.

Fantastic views and a comfortable feel

We stayed for 4 days and it felt like coming home each night. The condo has a fantastic view of the bay surrounded by mountains. A very peaceful area. The condo has everything you need and is nicely decorated. Enrique was very accommodating when we arrived and showed us into the condo. This is a place I keep on my list when I return to San Carlos

Love San Carlos and this condo facility

We enjoyed almost two months in the beautiful town of San Carlos. It is one of the few towns , if not the only one that accommodates English speaking visitors. There was almost no language barrier there. The condo was a generous size and comfortable. The views are spectacular. The owner is very kind and helpful. They left behind many toiletries that lasted the entire visit. There were a few items needed in the kitchen, but the owner assured us they would be available at his next visit. Everything worked well and even though there was no dishwasher, it was no big deal. We would definitely recommend San Carlos and this condo facility. Most of the owners are Canadian or American. We felt right at home there. Also, a vehicle there is a must. Bev and Jeff (Ontario, Canada)

Great condo and great people to work with

Ken was wonderful to work with and Enrique was there to let us in. The condo is beautiful, clean and the bathrooms were awesome. Sitting on the balcony and having our morning coffee at 5:30 AM was great and so relaxing. We enjoyed dining out and really liked the Embarcadero and Blackies. People are so friendly and if you return to a restaurant they remember you. My husband and son had a great time fishing and booked a trip with San Carlos Sports Fishing - John Hildebrandt. We are looking forward to another stay at Villa Bahia very soon through Ken. Again, great condo and great people. The Weathers

Amazing!

I highly recommend this property. My family and I are already planning our next visit for November/December this year! The location and the views from the master bedroom and the balcony are breathtaking. The pictures on Home Away accurately represent the reality of the place. Aimee and Enrique were on hand to assist.

Great views, spacious condo decorated with great taste

We only spent the weekend in family but is was really worth the trip. Ken's condo is way better than it looks in the pictures. Well equipped it really gives that at home feeling...great value for the price, we'll definitely try getting back to this place.

Such a wonderful condo! The street in front of the condo was VERY busy

Ken was SO helpful in helping us drive to Mexico, figure out how to get our Visas and purchase pesos. It really enhanced our trip!

Absolutely Perfect!

The place was very clean! The condo offered everything you could think of including pots and pans as well as utensils. Ken (owner) was more than accommodating. Enrique (property manager) was also very attentive and very helpful. Plenty of room for 4 adults—6 adults can defiantly sleep comfortably here. The pool was beautiful! and the view—words can’t begin to describe! Ocean views and sea breeze—I can’t wait to go back and stay here again!
