The setting is spectacularly located on Simon River in Morin Heights. In fact, you will enjoy 200’ of riverfront to yourself and will be minutes ( walking) from restaurants, ski hill, bike trail, spa. A short walk brings you riverside to a spot with a bench and two hammocks to relax and listen to the waterfowl or enjoy a glass of wine.
The home has been lovingly renovated with gourmet kitchen, open concept living, dining and cooking. A fireplace, not one but two ensuite bedrooms each with a king size bed , a laundry room, and powder room are also included in this gorgeous to mention a walk-in closet and steam shower for two in the master suite, two expansive decks with hot tub , bar-b-q, lounge chairs, and alfresco dining.

Morin Heights

The residence is beautifully renovated and cozy. It is a shame that it is located near a busy highway as the traffic noise is quite loud during the day and evening.

Typically, guests check the location prior to booking. Yes, there is a two lane road nearby that sometimes is busy. And unfortunately, the weekend you happened to be there , there was a motorcycle rally in the area which undoubtedly contributed to the noise level.

Magnifique maison dans Les Laurentides!

Magnifique maison grande et lumineuse dans Les Laurentides. Beaucoup de fenestration, bien équipé. Bien situé, près de plusieurs centres de ski dans la région. Carin est une hote très à l’écoute. Nous avons adoré notre semaine de ski pendant la relâche!

Maison généreusement fournie et décorée; très propre, grand et les lits et fauteuils sont confortables. Le foyer était fonctionnel ainsi que le spa; L/V, frigo et laveuse-sécheuse de bonne qualité! Les voisins sont proches mais la végétation rend le tout très intime. Les seules améliorations sont uniquement en regard de certaines poeles à changer ainsi que quelques plats de cuisson/cuisine à fournir. Mais sinon c’est vraiment bien équipé. Pros - very clean, beds comfy. Cons - property sits next to a very busy highway, very noisy. Ad states waterfront….I beg to differ, drop is about 50 feet, leads to a swamp and no stairs to get down. Ad shows hammocks, no hammocks were provided. Not secluded, can see neighbour clearly. Ad states fireplace, but we’re told we couldn’t use it, DVD player broken, towels and bathrobes were in the dryer, no instructions on how to use smart TV, only Netflix. Overall I cannot recommend this Host.

Wow, Wow, Wow!

The pictures do not deceive you, this is one stunning property. We loved the quality finishings throughout, the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, the incredible master bedroom and ensuite with steam shower, the private outdoor hot tub, and of course the setting. We loved waking up to a young family of deer wandering the property. Book this one with confidence!
