And do check your Internet when you arrive because our independent provider is generally prompt about helping fix when down. We did not realize it was not working until close to checkout and when I got a hold of our provider he was willing to come quickly but the preference was to wait until after departure. Truly sorry you had to deal with this. Christmas holidays and Semana Santa (Easter week) are the noisiest and yes, the owners and our HOA are trying to find solutions. It is good others who may consider renting at GV understand possible excessive noise levels at certain times of year. I noticed in the review you mentioned the heat when closing the windows and sliders. We encourage others who might want to choose our place to feel free to turn on the AC to help block the noise. That’s what we do, and it does help curb some of the sounds that surround the place during peak celebrations.
