House with two floors located in a quiet area, 400 meters as the crow flies from the sea - ground floor lounge, kitchen open to dining room, entrance hall and toilet. Enclosed garden with terrace. In the first 2 bedrooms (children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds and a parental room with a bed of 1m60) and a bathroom. In the second, a mezzanine that serves as a 3rd bedroom with BZ (convertible into 2 beds of 1m40).
Free parking nearby. Private enclosed garden with terrace, protected from the wind.
