Perfect for groups that want two full size double bedrooms in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the owners are excellent if you need to get in touch with them.

Joyas Vallarta

My wife and I stay here for 4 months. Yes you need a taxi or uber to do a big grocery shop. My wife downloaded the unber app on her phone and was very easy to use. If we needed a taxi Martin at security was very willing to help. But I do lots of walking and found restaurants, a fruit and vegetable store, a rotisserie chicken place, an OXO and Kiosko. These were all within walking distance and we went to all of them. Silvia was very quick at getting back to us if we had a problem. The little community that her place is in was so nice and quiet, not a bunch of tourists. Everyone was very friendly and being that we were there for 4 months got to know many of the locals. The pool was amazing pretty much had it all to ourselves every day. Our granddaughters lived in the pool while they visited us through Christmas. Overall our experience staying at Silvia's place was very good. We have already booked to go back for 2 months next year. The place was not advertised with stairs. We didn't have a problem with it, but it should be in the ad.

Very nice !

A few things, their was construction going on right next door, that was not too bad, and it was not the fault of the property or the owner, and also will be done soon i am sure. the location is great if you want a quiet get away, the pool was wonderful, the beach was easy to get to with many to choose from but you need a Mexican phone to call a taxi or Uber if you are older or out of shape, the bus is a good walk away. The owner/property manager as with all in Mexico, slow at times getting back to you but ever so willing to help. Place was very clean, grounds were as well. the development was very nice, but not walking distance to anything. Both bathrooms the toilets worked good but the tank ran on and made strange sounds every so often, got used to it. The place was also well stocked with what it claimed in the listing. All in all if you want to be in a quiet place, with a great pool, and are up for a bit of walking to get around, and i mean a bit not a lot to the buses, or have a Mexican phone for Uber or to call a taxi, I strongly recommend this place. My wife told me not to forget to mention and I agree, the beds were the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, in the 10 or so years we have been come to Mexico.

We loved the place

The Marquez condo is perfect spot for a wonderful Puerto Vallarta vacation. It is located central in Jarretaderas so everything is close. Gated development with security on a quiet street. The entire property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The condo is comfortable and well stocked for an extended stays. The king sized beds are very clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with all the gadgets necessary. There is a parking spot right in front. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall a very good deal on a nice place in a great part of town.
