Great location - recently remodeled unit across the street from the beach path!

Our "home away from home" is the perfect place to get away from it all! It's a short walk to Coligny, the "town center" of Hilton Head. This location provides you with quick and easy access to the beach and numerous restaurants and shops. This South Forest Beach neighborhood gives you the option of walking or biking to the many spots that offer great food and live music. Our villa has two queen bedrooms, a pull out queen sofa, and one and a half baths. The full bathroom includes a jetted tub. It is two stories so it provides privacy and separation, has an open floor plan on the first floor with the adjoining kitchen, dining room and family room. The patio with a brand new grill is an extension of the family room and leads to an open courtyard with an in-ground pool! There is wifi, four TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer units. Provided are beach chairs for your use. Great getaway for all beach lovers!

Perfect Stay!

I would highly recommend this location. It is close to Coligny shopping plaza and Sea Pines and has a beach access right across the street. It also has an assigned parking spot 10 steps from the door. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would stay here again for sure!

What a gem!

This place was perfect for our week away. The owners truly thought of everything with notes and troubleshooting if there could be an issue. The beds were super comfortable and everything had a nice touch to it. Can’t wait to come back.
