Beautiful cabin. Plenty of room. Great communication with owners. Clean, bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you could need, and we really enjoyed the brand new hot tub and the game room! Highly recommend. We intend to book again in the future.
We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Everything was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and very relaxing. My husband and I were just getting away for the weekend to relax and it was beyond perfect.
A lovely cabin in a heavily wooded, secluded area. Beds were very comfortable, even the bunks. Fairly steep staircase was our biggest challenge being 7 senior women but we managed. One of us is recovering from a hip replacement so she appreciated the hot tube very much.
This was a peaceful and comfortable stay for a family! It's a spacious cabin with a nice living room space and fully stocked kitchen! Hot tub was very relaxing just across the living room on a patio area. A rec room that has a few options for games, reading, and a front porch with a fire pit. The best part was this cabin is in a private area makes for a peaceful stay while also being a very convenient location close to local hiking trails and lake Logan! We enjoyed our stay here!
We enjoyed our stay and the ease of booking and staying at the Bluebird. It was our first time at Hocking Hills and we will be back and will definitely book again 5+ stars !!
Great place, lots of room The list of not provided is very much appreciated so we don’t bring extra or not have something Very secluded but only 15 min from town
The cabin is located in a secluded wooded area of the Hocking Hills. The furniture was very nice, has a gas fireplace and a large wooden table in the kitchen. It is a nice cabin for a get away. If you are a light sleeper, the refrigerator makes a lot of noise.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful, wooded setting and the cozy features of the cabin like the gas fireplace and kitchen table. It’s definitely a great spot for a quiet getaway. We appreciate the note about the refrigerator noise — we’ll look into that and see if it needs servicing. Thanks again for staying with us!
The property was nice. They had acute cabin theme inside. They provided plenty of towels, soap, tp, paper towels, etc for our long weekend stay. The checking in, check out process was simple.
We had a great time with our family! The kids had a blast at the cabin and hiking. It was nice to show them there are lots of fun things to do when you don’t have WiFi ;) We have already been on the website to see which property from Premier Cabins we want to stay at next!
The cabin is very homey and in a nice location. There is plenty of space for larger families or even combined families. The game room downstairs is super cool. The only downfall is that if you have pets, there is not really much "yard space".
The property owner stated that they drained the hot tub each time it’s used which I find hard to believe I put chemicals in it before I got in, but I can tell you the water was not new water. Also, the oven was really dirty in the bottom, the icemaker in the kitchen did not work the whole weekend. One of the beds had a mattress it felt like a cinderblock and the door in the basement bedrooms to go to the bathroom squeak so loud it woke everybody up every time you open and shut it through the night.

Our hot tubs are drained and thoroughly cleaned after every guest stay. Each cleaning is documented with date- and time-stamped photos, along with recorded chemical readings. Because our cabins use well water, the hot tubs are treated with bromine. Please note that adding outside chemicals you bring, especially chlorine—can disrupt the water balance and cause significant issues, as bromine and chlorine should never be mixed.
All of our cabins feature self-cleaning ovens, making it quick and simple to clean up any mess that might occur during use.
We understand that mattress comfort is a personal preference. Guests who enjoy very soft beds may find our medium-firm mattresses a bit to firm. Most of our beds are medium firmness, as softer mattresses tend to wear out faster and offer less support over time.
We also have a dedicated maintenance line for any concerns during your stay—such as a squeaky door, an ice maker issue, or any other maintenance need. We’re always happy to help, but we didn’t receive a call during this visit.
Lastly, we wanted to mention that a three-star rating is considered quite low and can greatly affect a small business like ours. We truly value your feedback and always strive to make each stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If anything isn’t right, please reach out—we’re committed to ensuring you have a great experience
