I am born and raised in Key West. A third generation conch(native) with a B.S. in Hospitality. I have owned and operated Conchubine Fishing charters since 2003. My education and experience in dealing with travelers has given me the necessary perspective to understand that all it takes is a caring and attentive support to make visitors feel welcome.

Why they chose this property

As a professional fishing guide I have a deep appreciation for the world class fishing that the adjacent Oceanside Marina has long been known for. This property sets up right on the Atlantic Ocean. Furthermore, Stock Island reminds me of old Key West. It's not too busy. Just the right amount of density. Much of the waterfront still belongs to working class fisherman. It is punctuated with amenities such as restaurants, bars and watersports. Come see for yourself!

What makes this property unique

We chose this condo facing East towards a mangrove estuary with the Southeast view of the vast Atlantic Ocean because I find the estuary to be such a curious environment. At times there are fish and birds feeding and interacting. As you quietly observe your eyes will transition out toward the shallow flats leading to the Atlantic Ocean. You may see pelicans diving on bait followed by a light tackle fishing guide who is cast netting bait for an exciting day of fishing. Maybe it's me!
