About this property

Charming Cottage in the Tennessee Countryside

The Cottage at Noteworthy Farm is a great place to kick back and relax for a charming stay in the country.

The cottage possesses an alluring charm with vintage touches throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, and pans. We provide linens and towels. Above the kitchen is a sleeping loft with twin mattresses. The kids would love a great night of adventure sleeping. The bedroom has two beds, a double and a queen.

Imagine some quiet time sitting on the deck sipping wine from one of our three local wineries, or maybe it's lemonade or sweet tea that you prefer. The deck overlooks a 2 acre spring fed pond that is stocked with fish for your catch and release enjoyment. Grab a pole, wet a line, we don't mind!!

My husband Wynn and I moved to Hampshire over 20 years ago. We love the rolling hills and the pastoral farmland in this part of Maury county. We are surrounded by great friends and "adopted" family members.
We love this place and hope you will too!
