What better ambassador for this poet than Villa Les Sablettes. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are private. The house, extremely well appointed and comfortable, faces the sea. The master bedroom, upstairs, offers you a sea view from your bed and benefits from its private bathroom (with bath and shower) and a beautiful office space.
The omnipresent teak invites you to live barefoot and to take advantage of the passing time, very gently. The outdoor terraces extend this living space on the sea side and are an undeniable asset for this haven of peace.
At high tide, when the coefficients are sufficient, the water is only a few centimeters from the terrace. At low tide, shore fishing enthusiasts will have the pleasure of collecting clams in front of the house. This little haven of peace will be the start of marvelous seaside walks, from creek to cove. The small beach at your feet is protected from the winds and is almost private.
Many seabirds come to fish in front of the house, such as cormorants, egrets, kingfishers ... and birdwatchers will find their happiness at the ornithological station of the island of Grande.
The house is located on the border between Pleumeur-Bodou and Trebeurden.
The Arthurian soul hovers over this little corner of paradise and King Arthur never really leaves our thoughts. Her half-sister, the fairy Morgane ("born of the sea" in Breton) seems, by her powers, to protect this little corner of paradise from the sea winds. This small cove, in the hollow of which the house is nestled, is quite simply "Sheltered", the olive and fig trees present in the garden can attest to this.

Très belle maison

Belle et grande maison, très bien équipée, dans un environnement agréable. La région est très belle également, avec de nombreuses activités à proximité. A noter que l'accès à la terrasse surplombant le bras de mer et à la plage n'est pas adapté aux personnes âgées (un membre de notre famille) ou aux très jeunes enfants, sans l'aide d'une autre personne.

Unpraktisch, ziemlich laut und langweilige Aussicht auf Minibucht

Nach dem Quick-Check-Inn einer mit dem Haus nur wenig vertrauten Mitarbeiterin, haben uns zunächst mal einige hundert Ameisen im Wirtschaftsraum und Eingangsbereich genervt. Mit Staubsauger und Ameisengift hatten wir die Invasion relativ schnell im Griff. Aber dass die Tierchen überhaupt reinkamen war schon mal kein gutes Omen. Durch die "split-levels" ist man ständig gezwungen, die Stufen rauf oder runter zu laufen - das mag gesund sein, ist aber z.B. zwischen Küche (oben) und Essplatz (unten o. draussen) unpraktisch. Drei DZ im EG teilen sich 1 Badewanne und eine Dusche, die zudem völlig verkalkt und deren Halterung aus der Wand fiel! Die "Mastersuite" im Dach ist nur über eine sehr (!) enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen - das dazugehörige Bad mit Stufen und Ecken/Winkeln äusserst unpraktisch und obwohl relativ gross: OHNE Fenster zum Lüften! Es sind diverse Kleinigkeiten im Haus, die das Bewohnen durch Feriengäste kompliziert und daher unkomfortabel machen, z.B. die schlecht schliessende Haustüre, der nur nach jeweils halbstündiger Sendersuche funktionierende TV, der nicht mehr schliessende Mülleimer (im Sommer!!) - er wurde 2 Tage später getauscht, die schmalen Do-Betten sind "knochenhart" und der offenbar relativ neu verlegte Sisalboden in den SZ'n roch unangenehm. Auf der schönen Holzterrasse gibt es ausser dem Sonnenschirm (war ebenfalls defekt u. wurde getauscht) keinerlei Sonnenschutz und die beschränkte Aussicht lässt darüberhinaus kein echtes "Meeresfeeling" aufkommen.Wenn die Sonne scheint heizt sich das Haus enorm auf - wir hatten am Anreisetag (der eine von zwei schönen Tagen) immerhin 26 Grad im Wohn- und Schlafbereich!! Klimanlage = Fehlanzeige. Positiv muss die Kücheneinrichtung bewertet werden - es war ziemlich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, vor Allem wenn man selber kochen wollte. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig, Waschmaschine und Trockner ok. Leider spielte auch das Wetter überhaupt nicht mit, das war zusätzliches Pech! Wir haben deshalb auch die Terrasse kaum genutzt und uns damit das relativ laute Verkehrsgeräusch von der nahen Küstenstrasse erspart. Das Haus macht auf den Fotos einen netten, fast villenartigen Eindruck - dieser schwindet aber bei der Nutzung ziemlich schnell. Die gebuchten 3 Wochen haben wir nach 10 Tagen abgebrochen - es hat gereicht! Sind wir eventuell nur zu anspruchsvoll? Wohl kaum bei dem stolzen Preis! Ausdrücklich loben möchten wir das Engagement der Agentur!!

De bien belles vacances

Excellent séjour dans cette maison de rêve et idéalement située. Les pieds dans l'eau , nous savons maintenant ce que cela signifie, quel bonheur de descendre directement sur la plage depuis le jardin, ce séjour en famille à été extrêmement agréable et tout était parfaitement organiser par l'agence et la conciergerie , efficaces et très réactifs. La salle de projection "cinema" est exceptionnelle mais les plus beaux spectacles nous étaient offert par la nature, la plage, la mer ... merci, nous reviendront

le site est superbe, les pieds dans l'eau, nous avons même pu prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse au bord de l'eau (avec une petite polaire), et faire un petit tour dans la baie en canoé.La maison moderne en bois, avec des prestations de luxe, tant dans l'ameublement que par les grandes pièces à vivre, une cuisine très bien équipée. la suite parentale vue mer à l'étage!!!Tout correspondait bien au descriptif, et nous avons trouvé facilement la maison. avec toutes les recommandations et de bonnes adresses, par ex: le pêcheur de l'ile, avec qui nous avions le poisson frais a la sortie du bateau..et le homard..miam miam.. de superbes ballades a pied au départ de la maison.même en cette saison nous avons apprécié la terrasse et le jardin, très bien exposés . Nous avons découvert la côte de granit rose, les marchés locaux, une ballade aux sept iles et sur l'ile de Bréhat...Et les petits et grands restaurants indiqués par les propriétaires. (il y en a un à 200 m.) Nos enfants se sont régalés à l'école de voile de l'Ile grande, ils ont pu naviguer dans la baie en toute sécurité. Il y des plages exposées au sud.. nous recommandons cette belle maison, pour son calme , ses prestations, sa situation .
