Our modern and comfortable villa benefits from a wooded environment. Situated in a high position and facing south, you will enjoy a privileged sea view from the terraces surrounding the villa.

The villa includes :
- a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery.
- 3 bathrooms with Italian shower and toilet.
- 1 guest toilet
- 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), bedside tables, cupboard and safe & 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- a comfortable living room with flat screen TV
- 2 terraces (with a sea view), equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a drying rack.
The villa is air-conditioned and has a Wifi connection.

Beautiful Location

A little aged but well kept. The house was clean, towels and sheets provided. There is good AC in all rooms. The pool is nice, 12m x 6m x 1.9m.

Unser Aufenhalt war ein täglicher Genuß aufs Neue. Uns hat da Haus sehr gut gefallen, ebenso die Anlage, der Pool und die herrliche Umgebung. Der Eigentümer, Vincent, ist ein Schatz und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt. Dabei ist er auch noch sehr hilfsbereits und sagenhaft großzügig: Wir hatten unsere nicht benötigten Regenjacken nebst Schlüsselbund vergessen. All dies hat er uns sofort nach der Abreise per Express zugeschickt. Herzlichen Dank für alles lieber Vincent

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir (5E/2K) hatten eine tolle Zeit.Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und unproblematisch. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir früher einchecken. Der Check- in lief problemlos ab. Vincent hat uns alles nötige gut erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in ruhiger Hanglage mit schönem Meerblick von der Veranda aus. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich noch eine Terrasse mit großem Grill, Sitzplätzen und zahlreichen Liegestühlen. Der Strand von Tarco liegt in ca 10 Gehminuten. Tarco ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen (Wanderungen, Städtetrip usw.). Vincent ist ein toller,gastfreundlicher und sehr bemühter Gastgeber. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Meerblick

Wir verbrachten neun herrliche Wochen in dieser grossen uns ruhigen Villa in Tarco. Der Empfang durch Vincent war sehr herzlich und professionell. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Von ihm erhielten wir viele interessante Ausflugsideen in der Umgebung, wie über die ganze Insel. Die Villa liegt oben in einer gepflegten, sauberen und ruhigen Residenz mit schönem Pool. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet und alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Saubere Bettwäsche und Duschtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und den umliegenden Hügeln. Der Sitzplatz mit Grill lädt am Abend zum Verweilen ein. Der naheliegende Strand, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss, war bis ende Juli sehr ruhig. Im August hatte es deutlich mehr Besucher. Das Meer war sauber und klar, herrlich zum Schwimmen und zum Schnorcheln. In den am Strand gelegenen Restaurants gab es eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen. Der kleine Laden bietet ein gutes Angebot an Lebensmittel zum täglichen Gebrauch und jeden Morgen ofenfrische Baguettes. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier in dieser Residenz sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Vincent.

Belle découverte

Maison au calme dans un environnement propice à la détente. Cadre et habitation idéal pour la location en famille ou avec plusieurs couples. La piscine du site et la mer à proximité permettent de se baigner sur place. Avec un peu de route, la découverte des plages et de l'arrière pays valent fortement le détour.

Très belle villa située sur les hauteurs de Tarco . Elle est bien equipée et au calme. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour en profitant de la terrasse avec vue sur mer. Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants.

Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Hanglage mit wunderbarer Meersicht

Grosszügige Villa in grüner Umgebung. Viel Platz für zwei Familien. Grosser Balkon mit Sicht auf das Meer. Vincent ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Kontaktperson. Saubere Bettwäsche und Duschtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Die neuen Badezimmer sind sehr schön. In der Küche fehlen gute Schneidemesser, Rüstmesser und Schwingbesen. Leider hat das Stockbett sehr dünne Matratzen. Eher für Kleinkinder. Der Swimmingpool ist etwas unterhalb aber sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub und viel Platz in der Villa. Vielen Dank!

Grande maison au calme et idealement situee

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette grande maison a Tarco (entre Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio et Solenzara). L'accueil est sympatique et professionnel. La residence est tres propre et tres calme. La maison est situee en hauteur et la vue depuis la terrasse sur la mer et les collines environnantes est tres belle. La maison est tres spacieuse et certaines pieces sont climatisees ce qui n'est pas un luxe tant il faisait chaud en Corse lors de notre sejour. Les enfants ont plebiscite la piscine en contrebas de la maison, grande et parfaitement propre. La plage a proximite etait peu frequentee lors de notre sejour et etait ideale pour nous pour nager au calme et pour la securite des enfants. Dans un rayon de 15km il y a des rivieres avec des piscines naturelles (la solenzara et le cavu), genial ! En resume, c'est exactement ce que nous esperions trouver et je recommande le site sans reserve. Eric.

Séjour très agréable

Accueil très chaleureux par Vincent, disponible, prêt à satisfaire nos besoins selon ses possibilités. Il nous donne de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Villa très spacieuse avec climatisation sauf dans deux chambres, hélas. Vous bénéficiez d'une vue sur la baie, ce qui est génial. Piscine un peu loin de la villa. Nous sommes très satisfait.

une villa spacieuse avec clim,la literie est très bonne et la situation géographique est idéal, pour accéder a de nombreuses plages et balades. Belles vacances, super situation, jolie vue

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances. La villa est spacieuse, très confortable et la terrasse avec vue sur mer est fantastique. Les propriétaires sont charmant et très serviables. La situation de Tarco est idéale, à 400m de la plage de sable fin, en voiture on a acces au superbes plages de Fautea en 5 minutes. Une soirée à Porto Veccio ou une journée aux aiguilles de Bavella, c'est un point central idéal pour visiter la Corse Nous recommandons vivement cette maison!

Séjour très agréable dans une résidence très bien tenue, tant au niveau de la maison que de l'extérieur. Les logements sont bien équipés. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. La résidence est calme et bénéficie d'une belle piscine communautaire. Et la mer est toute proche. Bref, un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.
