Welcome to The Coral Suite at Kona Pacific! Our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit is just the spot to come and relax while you are exploring all the wonders of the Big Island. Our condo is a top floor, spacious unit with a huge lanai. Just renovated the 2 bathrooms along with new furniture, carpet, appliances, and art; it is comfortable and inviting. This one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 879 sq. ft. with an additional 190 sq. ft. of living on the lanai where you can enjoy the beautiful views and breezes. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, an air conditioner, ceiling fans, and an elevator close by. The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well kept grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have a dedicated underground parking spot, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona.

Beautiful condo in a really nice building. Well outfitted and clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive. Great pool area. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and more. Very quiet. Great location with nice amenities!

The condo had everything we needed for a ten night stay. The location was easy walking into town, quiet at night, and had plenty of room to stretch out. You can tell the owners are very thoughtful about what they included for a vacation there. From beach chairs, an umbrella, to an ice chest, and ice packs in the freezer. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

A beautiful ocean view!!

This little gem was an absolute delightful and serene apartment to stay in. We are in Kona for a wedding and Gina’s place had everything we needed to feel right at home, we love everything about the accommodation from the comfy bed to the small details like beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take on your trip around the island! Wonderful Condo walking distance to town

The condo is exactly as described, modern and super clean.Walking distance to all the shops in Kona.Well stocked with all the amenities, even beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, pool noodles, ice chest and snorkeling gear. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you would need to cook meals.There is assigned parking spot in an underground garage close to the elevator.And again, super clean.It does not disappoint.

Absolute gem of a condo - best vacation of my life!

I booked Gina’s condo as I was on the island for the IM triathlon. From the first contact, Gina had great communication and was ready to answer all of my questions and provide help where she could. The check in process was a breeze, and the benefits of a private parking space were great. The condo was exactly as described- it was super clean and such a relaxing place to stay. The location was perfect to explore Kona. Far enough away to ensure it was quiet, but close enough to make a walk into the village just a matter of minutes. Likewise, the condo was perfectly situated to explore all areas of the island and even take the short flight over to Honolulu. This vacation was perfect in every sense- don’t hesitate in booking this place via Gina. You won’t regret it!

Kona Pacific Stay

Good choice, but the kitchen needs updating as some aspects of meal preparation were a challenge. Much more significantly the parking situation is difficult, under ground requiring negation past concrete columns and other parked cars. Also, my wife requires the use of a mobility aid. The complex has one easy access handicap parking place that is often occupied by no handicap users. If a renter requires easily accessible handicap parking I do not recommend Kona Pacific.

We realized when we bought this unit that updating was needed and have been working on remodeling for the last four years. We have remodeled the unit in stages, but still need to do the kitchen, and have it on the schedule for the fall of 2023. Nevertheless, the kitchen as it stands is very useable and we haven't had any issues ourselves or from other guests. The parking garage isn't the roomiest but unlike most complexes, there IS underground, dedicated parking spaces. I do let all my guests know (in the rental agreement they sign) that the parking space works best with a small to midsize car.

Kona Pacific Condo

This condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our only issue was that the description said that soap, and shampoo was included. Hence we didn't bring any due to air travel restrictions and convenience. However, what was provided was only a 3oz bottle of shampoo and 3 oz bottle of body wash. Also the toilet paper was one ply see through. In the information binder at the condo, the issue of minimal supplies was addressed by saying that this is not a hotel, and if you stay longer than the supplies last, you are responsible for providing your own. I have never stayed at a rental where 3 oz of shampoo or soap was deemed sufficient. Maybe don't say in your description that those items are included.
