Es la planta baja de una vivienda con una ubicacion estupenda, cerca de la playa y en frente a un jardin con paseo para bicicletas. Esta vivienda tiene dos apartamentos totalmente independientes: Lo bajo, con 1 piso y el alto con 2 pisos.
Es un barrio muy tranquilo, limpio, seguro, cerca del centro y de las playas, pero sin el ruído tipico destes pueblos en el Verano. Del otro lado de la calle no hay viviendas, pero un jardin con paseo para bicicletas para disfrutar hasta lo parque de diversiones de la Antilla, donde hay karting, caballos, etc.
Pueden disfrutar en la terraza los momentos buenos, llenos de tranquilidad.
No hay problemas de aparcamiento en el Verano, pues hay muchas plazas para aparcar en frente al jardin, lo que es fundamental.
Esta vivienda tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, 1 cocina, 1 salon y comedor y una terraza con sillas y mesa. Todas las ventanas y puerta tienen mosquiteros.
Los dormitorios tienen:
1 - Dormitorio interior - cama de pareja con ropero.
2 - Dormitorio con ventana para la calle - dos literas – una de matrimonio y individual; otra con dos camas individuales.
