Studio 30 sqm with a sea view terrace in a residence with a landscaped park of 7 ha, 1,200 m² swimming pool, the largest of Guadeloupe, and a private beach. Possibility to picnic on the beach (large shaded tables). The site is guarded. The residence is a few minutes drive from Saint François and its entertainment, its gulf, its restaurants, and the magnificent site of the Pointe des Châteaux.

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful apartment in Anse des Rochers. It has a sea view and a breeze almost all the time. The property owners were very good at communicating with us and even met us at the airport to give us the keys. The swimming pool is huge and there is a group who play pétanque at 4 every day. We had a wonderful time there and were sad to leave.

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement sympatique, bien équipé et bien placé dans le complexe avec vue sur la mer. La description sur le site Abritel correspond à la réalité. Un grand merci à nos hôtes Viviane et Alain qui ont eu une attention particulière en mettant à notre disposition des bouteilles d’eau, du jus de fruits, du café.. pour nous permettre de prendre notre petit dejeuner le lendemain matin de notre arrivée. Une bouteille rhym maracuja, nous a également été offert. A nouveau un grand à Viviane qui nous a accueilli à l'aéroport après plus de 4 heure retard et c’est assurée que le loueur de voiture etait ouvert pour que nous puissions récupérer notre voiture

Petit studio avec jolie vue

Petit studio avec vue sur la mer et le lever du soleil. Très calme avec les petits oiseaux locaux qui viennent au petit déjeuner. Petite plage au bout de la résidence et piscine avec transats. Plusieurs balades sur la côte dans les environs. Remise des clés à l’aéroport, bonne communication avec les propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants sur les horaires d'arrivée et départ. Très réactifs aussi, avec la réparation d'un souci rencontré dés le lendemain. Aucune coupure d'eau grâce à la citerne. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à St François. Merci.

Hébergement petit mais fonctionnel situé dans un domaine résidentiel sécurisé et constitué de nombreux petits immeubles. Très grande piscine à débordement, plage et restaurant dans le domaine.Des petites attentions nous attendaient dans l'hébergement (planteur, jus de fruit, bouteille eau).Procédure d'arrivée et de départ en autonomie très pratique (remise des clés à l'aéroport à l'arrivée).Souplesse au moment du départ où l'hébergeur nous a proposé de quitter les lieux assez tardivement.Juste un petit point négatif du fait de l'eau non potable au robinet qui nous a été signalé le jour de l'arrivée.

Un petit appartement vue mer...au calme et en bord de plage, tout ça dans une résidence privée ! On était plus que bien. De petites attentions du propriétaire pour nous accueillir, bien appréciable ! Lit très confortable. Un très bon secteur proche de belles plages, de la meilleure boulangerie de saint François et d'un très bon restaurant !! On a vraiment passé un très bon séjour.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienanlage und fühlten uns dort jedes Mal sehr wohl. Der Pool ist riesig und auch zum schwimmen geeignet. Purple Beach Villa Hibiscus ist sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen (Küche, Waschmaschine) ausgestattet. Durch die erhöhte Lage kann man wunderbar den Meerblick genießen. Unbedingt darauf achten! Viele der vermieteten Wohnungen haben durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss diesen Blick nicht. Die Betreuung durch Viviane ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Schönes Studio mit fantastischem Blick in einer Ferienanlage mit großem Pool und Strand

Uns hat das Studio sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles sauber, es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, in dem Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und Parkplätze sind vorhanden.Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist toll, der Pool riesig und erfrischend und der Strand in der kleinen Bucht schön zum Schwimmen und ein bisschen Schnorcheln. Man kann sehr gut Ausflüge auf der Grand Terre machen, aber auch die Basse Terre ist schnell zu erreichen.St. Francois ist ein nettes Städtchen mit einem schönen Markt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Restaurant der Anlage beim Strand kann man morgens Croissants und Baguettes kaufen.Wir fanden den Aufenthalt im Anse des Roches sehr angenehmen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Le studio était parfait! Encore mieux que sur les photos. Il ne manque de rien. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et toujours disponibles. De plus, la piscine du domaine viens juste d’être rénovée. C’est juste magnifique!
