Property is on the lower level of a duplex. Each property has a separate entrance. No shared living spaces. The garage and laundry facilities are shared. Each residence offers parking for two standard sized vehicles.
We aim to create a pleasant stay for all guests. To that end, we do not have a complicated checkout task list. Our housekeepers will take care of most cleaning tasks. However, in keeping with VRBO's requirements that we publish the checkout task list, we kindly request that our guests do the following prior to departure:
- Leave Garage Remote on Kitchen Counter
- Put All Dirty Dishes in the Dishwasher and Turn it On
- Put Any Used Beach Towels in the Washing Machine on Cold Water and Turn It On
- Put Trash in the Outside Trash Cans
- Delete Personal Streaming Accounts From all TV's
- Turn off Gas to Fireplace and BBQ
- Turn Off All Lights, TV's, the Stereo Receiver and HVAC
- Close and Lock All Windows and Doors
Please note that for security purposes cameras have been installed outside the property at all points of entry. The cameras face outward, and are meant to capture any unauthorized access to the property. They are located outside the front door, street level patio, side door, side gate, and garage.
