A studio for 2 people located in a single storey Villa located in a very quiet environment 1.5 km from the Arcachon bay in the friendly oyster port of Cassy- 1 km from a perfect network of more than 1000 km from cycle paths and close to all shops. on less than 600 M2 of land with a new swimming pool .-
Perfect for a couple (even with a baby) who love peace and nature as well as long bike rides on a network of over 1000 km of cycle paths
Notice to epicureans, the many oyster ports await you and the Bordeaux fine wines are tasted even better on site - facade and roof renovated in 2018 - New frames - We include breakfast with homemade jams and two or three times a week why no table d'hôtes - The Arcachon basin deserves your very presence and especially outside the long holidays.
