Very nice house and quiet living. Swimming pool perfect. Owner very kindfull and helpfull.

We were positive surprised about the complete equipment in the house.

Lovely quiet modern house with great facilities.

My wife and 2 teenage boys had a great time at Maison Rouge. The house is very spacious and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you will need. The pool is a great size and suits any age. The town is quiet but has a bar, restaurants, supermarket. There are other larger towns near by but a car would be required. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to emails. The check in/check out can take a while as the agent goes through the full list of items in every room. Although this is for everyone's benefit but do allow the time when you leave. I would certainly return to Maison Rouge and if there was one thing I could suggest would be the hire of bath towels rather than bringing your own. Thanks for a great holiday at Maison Rouge. A Bien tot.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison et avons apprécié ses atouts.points positifs :• la piscine• la terrasse avec le salon de jardin•la superficie de la maison•maison nettoyée en arrivant•très bonne boulangerie (5min à pied)Je ne donne pas 5 étoiles en raison des points suivants à optimiser :•il faudrait au moins un lit 160x200 pour les personnes de grande taille• remplacer le matelas tâché de la 1ère chambre•un panneau lessivable sur le mur de la poubelle à ordures menageres pour protéger le mur.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, schönes geräumiges Haus, ruhige Lage mit dem Highlight Pool. Gepflegte Außenanlage mit Liegestühlen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker im Ort. Gute Restaurant eher in den Nachbarorten. Viele gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, gute Beratung im Office de Tourisme vor Ort. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer und seine Mitarbeiterin, Mme Pommery. Gerne wieder.

Beste Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem wundervollen Haus. Der Pool war für die Kinder das Highlight, aber auch die Nähe zu den Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das vollausgestattete Haus wussten zu überzeugen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter geschah freundlich. Vielen Dank!!

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familien

Wir waren mit drei Kindern (15/11/11) für 14 Tage zu Besuch im „roten Haus“. Das Schöne und Bemerkenswerte ist, dass im Inserat nichts versprochen wurde, was nicht auch gehalten wurde. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig vorhanden, alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Der Pool wurde nochmal für uns frisch gereinigt. Bei (beheizten) 26° Wassertemperatur kann man es auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter gut aushalten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief problemlos, allerdings ist es hilfreich ein paar Brocken französisch zu beherrschen. Die Hausübergabe übernahm Madame Pommery, die nur französisch spricht. Mit Händen, Füßen und Google hat aber trotzdem alles geklappt. Für mich persönlich gab es nur ein kleines Manko: Die Betten sind für sehr große Menschen (2 m) recht klein. Aber die Bettgröße ist für französische Verhältnisse normal.

Séjour Maison Rouge

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison confortable et au calme. La location est proche du bord de mer ainsi que des Sables d'Olonne. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique.

Maison rouge Vendée

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un sejour agréable de 3 nuits/3 jours malgré le temps mitigé donc pas possible de profiter de la piscine chaufee. La maison est moderne, super bien aménagée, les propriétaires ont pensé à tous les détails, la localisation est très bien, 500 mètres de Lidl, 2 km de la plage de dunes une balade à pieds agréable, l'infrastructure de Brem-Sur-Mer est bien, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les propriétaires laissent un grand classeur evec toute l'informatique concernant la maison et son équipement, tres outil je trouve. Il 3 places de parking + la possibilité de faire un barbecue derrière la maison. Malgré le sejour court et le temps mitigé on a pu profiter pour visiter les endroits suivants : les sables d'olonne, st gilles la croix de vie, aquarium de Vendée à Talmont st hilaire, karting west aventure, Vendée miniatures... Nous vous conseillons fortement cette maison et cet endroit.

La maison est parfaitement située a proximité des commerces, des marchés. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine, la maison est bien équipée, vraiment parfait merci pour ces belles vacances.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaften und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist in einer Top Lage. Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar, ebenso der nächste große Supermarkt und die Bäckerei. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Pool ist top. Die Sauberkeit (in der Küche) könnte etwas besser sein. Der Backofen und die Oberfläche kleben durch das Fett. Die Ausstattung ist aber perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war die ganze Zeit perfekt. Der Austausch fand per E-Mail statt. Die Übergabe mit Madame Pommery war etwas schwierig, da sie kein Englisch sprach. Mit Händen und Füßen hat es aber geklappt. Wir hatten eine rundum gelungenen und entspannten Urlaub.

Très bon séjour à la maison rouge

Maison agréable et bien équipée, la piscine est un régal quand la météo le permet et les petits se sont amusés comme des fous ! L’emplacement est au top et la maison est agencée correctement pour une famille de 6…. Malgré tout quelques ustensiles de cuisines qui doivent être changés (notamment les planches à découper et casseroles). La literie devrait également être changée, les lits de 140cm sont vraiment petits (mon mari de 185cm avait les pieds qui dépassaient). Il faudrait les remplacer par des lits plus contemporains et profiter pour changer les oreillers vieillissants. Notre séjour a été très agréable et l’accueil très sympathique ! Merci ☺️

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter!

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir, das ist eine Familie mit vier Kindern zw. 6-15 Jahren. Im Haus selber fehlt es an nichts, inkl. Grill, Waschmaschine, etc. Zu sechst hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist sehr schön und war der Höhepunkt für die Kinder. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Und dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und Supermarkt schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 2 km. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit, als wir 2-3 mal deren Hilfe benötigten. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Das war ein schöner Urlaub bei bestem Wetter :-)

Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bien équipée (y compris pour les bébés), très propre et fonctionnelle. La piscine chauffée et la terrasse en font le lieu idéal pour passer des vacances
