This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that can accommodate up to 6 people. The one bedroom has two queen beds(sleeps 2 in each bed). The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). There is also a complete kitchen, dining area, and working fireplace. Shared washers and dryers are located at the property, but not in the unit itself.

ABOUT: The resort has a terrific location, right across street from Marriott Mountainside and ski lifts, a 10 minute walk away. The is a smaller property with only a hot tub and small rec room. There is no pool on site, but guests may be allowed to use the pool at Lift Lodge. There is easy access to Park City downtown Main Street and other resorts. PARKING: There is only one outdoor parking space available on the property for this unit.

GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 am. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
