The house is located in one of the most beautiful private estates in Saint-Tropez:
PARK MOUTTE. The property is located 5 minutes from downtown. It is located along the Salins beach (the house is 200 meters from the beach), in a tropical park of 25 hectares, closed, guarded, and boasts a large swimming pool on the seafront, two tennis court and direct access to the beautiful beach of Salins.

Nice house with walk-in condo (large property divided into 4 lots) 7 people comfortably cozy. Renovated in 2015 and tastefully decorated, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

For your wellness, you also have a nice patio, various terraces, one covered with barbecue area, an outdoor lounge, a pretty floral landscaped garden with trees, a large private swimming pool and a large private parking with automatic gate.

Beautiful home near the beach

We stayed at Dominique's beautiful home for 2 weeks in June 2017. . The owner is great and has everything you need and is very responsive . You can walk to a spectacular private beach . There is a pool outside of the Villa . It is a short drive to town . The villa is beautifully decorated and the area is fantastic

Perfect place 5/5

This is a small but very tidy and well-equipped location. On the premises (this is part of a closed community, a "domain") you have access to the beach by foot (it is about a 7-10 minutes walk within a closed community). The beach is close to Salinas (the famous restaurant) that you easily can walk to from the house. Via the beach it is about a 20 minutes walk, from the house you can make it in about 10 minutes. You have access to two tennis courts on the premises, you have a swimming pool that you share with 2-3 other houses (which might sound like a problem, but really is not since everyone is on the beach or in the other swimming pool more on this later), you have a private parking space with separate entrance and you have access to a community shared mega-swimmingpool just by the ocean. Furthermore, it is very close to Saint Tropez. You could probably walk in 40-60 minutes or so, but with a car it is a ten minutes drive from Place des Lices. All in all - this is a perfect place, can't think of a single flaw really. The hostess Dominique is also very active and pleasant, we suffered some minor problem with a neighbor being noisy one morning (due to a refurbishment that is now finished) and Dominique took care of it instantly. You can easily drive to Tahiti and Pampelonne without entering the massive Saint Tropez morning traffic (since you are on the "right" side of it). It feels very much like staying in a hotel in Mauritius or something (and I say that with the best intentions).

Sehr schönes Haus in einer überwachten Anlage direkt am Meer. Zwei Pools zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit anderen Gästen. Anlage super gepflegt, alles sehr sauber. Nach Saint Tropez 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Auto erforderlich. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Herrlicher Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Ich war für 9 Tage mit meiner Tochter und ihrer Familie (3 kleine bis 4 Jahre) als Gast in dem charmantes Ferienhaus von Dominique und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, fussläufig zum Strand von les Salins in einer bewachten Anlage. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, überall gibt es charmante kleine Sitzecken zum entspannen, der Garten ist perfekt und sicher für kleine Kinder. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Bäder sind neu, großzügig und sauber, die Zimmeraufteilung ist perfekt. Dominique ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine ausgesprochen zuverlässige Gastgeberin, die sofort reagiert, wenn man Fragen hat. Ich kann ihr Ferienhaus nur empfehlen

Dominique ist super freundlich, das Haus 1A und die Lage geht nicht besser. Wunderschöner Urlaub mit 2 Familien. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jolie maison décorée avec goût et très bien située

Un séjour en famille de rêve, une maison très confortable décorée avec soin, avec une grande piscine partagée mais pas fréquentée par d’autres familles (nous n’avons jamais croisé personne) une seconde piscine face à la mer au sein de la résidence peu fréquentée également et enfin une plage de sable fin, sauvage, l’une des plus belle de la région.

Maison très agréable très proche de la plage des Salins

Jolie maison rénovée, bien décorée, bien équipée à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage des Salins et 10 minutes en voiture de la place des Lices, sans embouteillages meme au mois d'aout. La piscine privée n'est pas directement dans le jardin, mais très proche (moins de 50m), à partager avec les autres maisons de la propriété, Ceci dit, toujours très calme et ca peut être un avantage avec de jeunes enfants. Tennis à 2 minutes, faciles à reserver. Propriétaire arrangeante et très sympathique.
