On the 4th and last floor, facing south/west with a superb sea view, this accommodation is composed of an entrance leading to a large living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with kitchenette (ceramic hob with 4 burners, combined microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The living/dining room gives access to a beautiful terrace with garden furniture as well as the bedroom on a small terrace at the back. TV, WIFI, Air conditioning, Garage in the basement (L 2.70m x H 1.80m x P 5m) , Swimming pool.
