In Normandy, between Avranches and Granville, Jullouville, sheltered by the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, is a seaside resort surrounded by the sea of ​​the Channel.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sous le soleil. L'appartement est idéalement situé, face à la mer et proche des commerces. Le parking privatif est un plus. Petite précision : prévoyez d'avoir à payer l'électricité en sus à la fin de votre séjour.

Location agréable, tout est bien mis à part un bémol sur la batterie de cuisine ( propriétaire au courant). On a trouvé que les charges étaient élevées piur une semaine. Depuis 20 ans que nous louons, c'est la 1ère fois que les charges ne sont pas inclus dans le montant de la location. Sinon, location agreable à recommander.

Effectivement mais il me semble que vous avez accueilli du monde de l'extérieur . Pour la batterie , il n'est pas prévu de cuire du crabe ( araignée) en grande quantité . C'est avant tout un appartement de vacances et la vaisselle est prévue uniquement pour 4 personnes .

encore mieux que la description et les photos de l'annonce, proche du centre à pieds, nous avons vécu au rythme des marées, superbe spectacle de la mer au pied de la résidence. nous étions scotchées à la baie vitrée. une semaine c'est trop court avec toutes les activités de plein air (pêche), grand marché 2 fois par semaine, jeux de plage.

L’appartement est super bien situé (accès direct à la plage et à 10-15 minutes de marche par le digue au centre ville). Vu sur mer du séjour et d’une chambre. Plein ouest, donc magnifique couchés de soleil! Il correspond complètement aux photos sur le site.

Appartement idéal à la belle saison

Appartement propre, bien agencé et bien équipé avec une vue superbe. Son accès direct à la plage permet de profiter d’autant plus des balades. La proximité des commerces à pied et un emplacement de parking au bas de la résidence sont également appréciables. Cet appartement est idéal en période estivale pour profiter de la plage et de la région. En revanche, l’appartement mériterait quelques investissements pour prétendre être loué pour un séjour en période hivernale. La plupart des radiateurs sont vétustes et énergivores. Des défauts d’isolation (velux de l’étage, porte d’entrée) laissent passer le froid. Comme nous avons été vigilants pour ne pas abuser du chauffage, et bien que pas particulièrement frileux, nous avons été obligés de garder nos gros pulls ! En dépit de ces précautions, nous avons tout de même dû nous acquitter de charges exorbitantes pour 3 jours… Le prix global reste raisonnable mais cette manière de procéder ternit obligatoirement les avis, aussi positifs soient-ils. Par ailleurs, même si la mise à disposition de produits de première nécessité n’est en aucun cas une obligation et reste une grande qualité de la part de certains hôtes, vos vacanciers apprécieraient trouver ne serait-ce qu’un seul produit d’entretien…

Une arrivée très tardive 22 h 45 ! Aucune excuse , nous avons été très déçus et regrettons d'avoir attendu si tard alors que nous aurions pu refuser ce séjour d'une nuit .
