‘Down By The Sea’ is an updated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house that’s well stocked and offers a generous first floor great room, nice kitchen with new appliances, and a main floor bedroom with queen and full bed. Three second floor king bedrooms are large but cozy and all have adjoining full bathrooms. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV offering Netflix and Hulu. The new internet modem is 60% faster for those who like to stay connected. This home comfortably sleeps 14 people.

The upstairs and downstairs porches capture wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Western Lake, one of the world's rare coastal dune lakes. Only 50 yards to the sugar sand, and 10 yards to the boardwalk, enjoy spending a lazy day at the beach, sunning, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing or watching the abundant wildlife. The unique, shallow outflow of the lake adjoins the beach, and is perfect for young children to play in or for older kids and adults to learn an ocean sport, such as stand up paddle boarding. Guests can also spend time at Cottage Street's community pool or walk to several restaurants only blocks away, including the world famous Red Bar.
