It is located on the 3rd and last floor. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. You have a private garage in the basement,
The apartment is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, flat screen TV, coffee maker, ...
It consists of 2 separate rooms, one with 1 bed 140 with an air conditioner, the other with 2 bunk beds, a sofa in the living room 140, plenty of storage. The bathroom has a tub and one sink, toilet separated.
The access to the swimming pool + children's pool and solarium is free and unlimited.
The sandy beaches, port Coudoulière and shops are 5 minutes walk from the apartment à100m.
In the prestigious private estate of 35 hectares you will find a unique wooded park in the Var with fitness trails, 1 lake and a fishing pond a 2 Olympic swimming pool, mini golf, walking paths under the trees with benches, playground, bowling, 5 tennis courts, a beautiful park tree climbing. The estate is closed and secured by guards.
The parks are regularly maintained by a team of horticulturists, fauna and flora are exceptional.

1semaine en mai, c'etait tres calme, l'appartement est tres bien.On a juste eu l'ascenseur en panne et les 3 etages au bout d'1 semaine avec un petit chien a descendre en plus 3 fois par jour, auront fait notre sport ... Garage en sous sol trop petit en longueur pour les grosses et grande voitures modernes mais on a fait avec. Les alentours en mai ideal, pas mal de choses et peu de monde. Je recommande donc.
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Six-Fours verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Das Meer und ein Bäcker sind in 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohnkomplex. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man die Autos, die an der Straße vorbeifahren. Das betrifft die Schlafräume. Netter, freundlicher Vermieter. Fussweg zum Strand ca. 7 Minuten.
