One King bed in Master (Gulf side) with West Indies furniture and decorations; a 40" flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and full Cable. In second bedroom, two Twin beds with Florida Beach furniture and decorations, small work desk, flat screen TV. Wi-Fi with secured access (exclusive to the condo). One bathroom with a shower/tub. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. Washer and Dryer inside the unit. Fully stocked kitchen. Dining area. Living room overlooking the Gulf with leather sofa and two leather recliners. In Living-room, 40" flat screen TV with soundbar, separate DVD player (which offers access to Netflix with renter's own account). Telephone with free long distance calls to all 50 states in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Central A/C and Heating. One designated parking space. Building has two elevators, a heated swimming pool and easy access to the Tampa International Airport and Clearwater/St. Pete Airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby, shopping, supermarkets and pharmacies.. NOT A PET FRIENDLY UNIT
