Surrounded by beautiful trees with a large fire pit Pavilion. Recently renovated house in the country side situated in the center of the Saguenay Lac-St-Jean Region just outside of the city of JonquiĂšre. The house comes with a heated swimming pool and a covered theraputic massage hot tub. Located near lakefront Lac-Kenogami, it is ten minutes drive from the city, five minute drive from the public beach and fifteen minutes drive to the boat launch. Beautiful bicycle trail in the summer. Close access to Provincial skidoo trails and a LOCKABLE shed that can store at least six skidoos. Snowshoeing, cross country trails and downhill skiing is nearby. The house has a stone fireplace and all new appliances (washer /dryer /dishwasher /OTR microwave /self cleaning oven /twin refrigerators /outdoor barbecue and corn cooker /Kuerig /wafflemaker /55" Roku TV with Nintendo Wii and a Movie selection / WIFI )

Everything you need!

Great location and all amenities that you could think of! My kids loved the pool and playground. Parents enjoyed the hot tub and pavilion so it was a win-win for everyone.

Fantastic property, wonderful hosts

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed for 4 nights at this incredible property. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly easy. Our host was readily available and responded quickly to any and all communication. The property is well stocked with anything you could need and includes lots of extras such as games and comfort items. The hosts have been very thoughtful in stocking their home. We hope to go back and visit again.

Fantastic home and location

This property has anything you could possibly need during your stay. Kitchen is very well stocked with spices, cooking staples, pots and pans, dishes for use outdoor. Plenty of bath towels, robes and footwear for the hot tub. The house is located next to the snowmobile trail, making it very convenient. They also have a very nice building to store your snowmobile during your stay. You will feel at home from the moment you enter!

Fantastic Experience

Whether you are travelling for work or pleasure this is a great rental. You get a cottage-like atmosphere and all the amenities are nearby. My colleague and I travelled from different parts of the country to attend training and work in the area. When we arrived we were ready to make a list of what we needed to pick up but the owners have thought of it all. We really only had to pick up groceries. The house is clean and the two bedrooms are great for couples, individuals or multiple younger kids. When we wanted to relax after work there were not only games and videos to entertain but also tv (lots of channels and subscription services). Great pool and hot tub to use too. Added to it for us was the benefit of the short drive to training, work and amenitiesThere are walking trails just across the street or within a short drive as well as other activities. Really appreciated the portable air conditioners in each room which helped sleeping on those hotter evenings. The owner was quick to respond to emails leading up to our rental dates and questions during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental and the owners. Great experience and we hope to be back again!

Un sĂ©jour mĂ©morable au Saguenay – on y retournerait sans hĂ©siter!Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour au chalet Rendez-vous Chez Mimi et, honnĂȘtement, plusieurs petits dĂ©tails ont fait toute la diffĂ©rence.Le spot Ă  feu extĂ©rieur a clairement Ă©tĂ© le clou de nos vacances. Nous avons allumĂ© des feux dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e
 et j’ai presque l’impression qu’il Ă©tait encore chaud aprĂšs notre dĂ©part! L’amĂ©nagement est vraiment rĂ©ussi, chaleureux, et l’ambiance avec les affiches au plafond est tout simplement gĂ©niale. Un endroit parfait pour relaxer et crĂ©er des souvenirs.La communication avec les hĂŽtes a Ă©tĂ© exemplaire. Nous avions quelques questions pendant le sĂ©jour et les rĂ©ponses ont toujours Ă©tĂ© rapides, efficaces et bienveillantes. On sent vraiment qu’ils veulent faciliter l’expĂ©rience des visiteurs.Autre gros point fort : le chalet est extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Épices, condiments, couvertures
 il y a de tout. On s’est rapidement sentis comme Ă  la maison, ce qui est toujours trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© en vacances.CĂŽtĂ© points Ă  amĂ©liorer : le spa ne chauffait pas, mais impossible de leur en tenir rigueur — un bris, ça arrive, et ce genre d’imprĂ©vu peut survenir n’importe oĂč.Le chalet est aussi un peu petit, mais au final, ça a favorisĂ© de beaux rapprochements familiaux, alors ce n’était pas un rĂ©el inconvĂ©nient pour nous.En gĂ©nĂ©ral, l’endroit est trĂšs bien entretenu, chaleureux et agrĂ©able. On y retournera certainement cet Ă©tĂ© avec la piscine!

Magnifique séjour

Nous étions de passage au Saguenay pour visiter la famille et les amis. Nous avons pu passer du temps autour du feu avec tout le monde. La piscine chauffée était parfaite pour le temps chaud que nous avons eu. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut! Nous avons passĂ© quelques jours Ă  l’hĂ©bergement avec notre cocotte de 21 mois et c’était trĂšs bien! La cours est parfaite autant avec la piscine, le spa, l’espace feu et les modules extĂ©rieurs pour enfants. Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien dans la maison. Tout est bien pensĂ© pour les invitĂ©s . Parfait pour les petits et les grands

DĂ©sireux de pouvoir aussi bien aller vers le zoo de Saint-FĂ©licien que vers Tadoussac, nous recherchions pour quelques jours un logement assez central aux abords du Lac Saint-Jean. Nous avons passĂ© un super (mais trop court) sĂ©jour dans la maison proposĂ©e par Myriam. Nous avons notamment pu profiter, petits et grands, des nombreux avantages proposĂ©s en extĂ©rieur. L’intĂ©rieur est tout aussi fonctionnel, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©! Une mention spĂ©ciale pour le coin « feu » extĂ©rieur, que nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ©e en soirĂ©e â˜ș. Merci! Julie
