Energized after your meal, embark on a wine-tasting journey with countless renowned wineries to choose from. On your way back, visit The Groves on 41 for exquisite olive oil tasting—grab a bottle of their award-winning oil to enhance your culinary creations at Summer Place. Conveniently located, Summer Place is a mere 25-minute drive to the Mid-State Fairgrounds and Paso Robles Event Center, 10 minutes to Templeton, 45 minutes to Morro Bay or Hearst Castle, and only 25 minutes to San Luis Obispo and the closest regional airport (SBP). Returning to the house, you'll find a welcoming and spacious interior. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room. For a cozy retreat, unwind in the TV room (featuring a fold-out queen bed) and catch up on sports or movies. Down the hallway, two bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bathroom, while the master bedroom boasts a luxurious California king bed and an ensuite bathroom. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
