INDIVIDUAL HOUSE WITH TERRACE AND PARKING.
 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 8 beds + 2 convertible in the living room which can make 2 more beds. Washrooms with Italian showers In each room, one with a bathtub. TV and DVD player, wifi. Dining room for 8/10 people, kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, basic filter coffee maker and SENSEO pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, table and iron. baby equipment, bed, high chair, bath, deckchair, stroller.
Duvets, blankets, covers available. Table, chairs, barbecue, awning on the deck, sun loungers. Sheets and towels are optional € 6 / person, end of stay cleaning is also optional € 50 to be paid locally, with deposit check of € 600.

A very pleasant stay

Being up in the mountains the views are lovely from the property. The surroundings are peaceful and we had a lovely relaxing week. Getting into St Etienne was easy - our stay involved going to two of the World Cup rugby matches and the property was an excellent base in that regard. There are nice restaurants within a few minutes' drive. The property was beautifully clean and well equipped and the host, Christine, was very welcoming and helpful.

We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the provided towels had an unpleasant smell, and a folding bed was broken and unusable. After our departure, numerous accusations were made against us that are not true, including alleged damage to devices that we never even used. In addition, we were asked to pay for washing the duvets, which in our opinion should be standard practice after every rental. Overall, we felt very unfairly treated by these unfounded accusations.

Tout est parfait. On ne se croirait pas dans une location mais chez soi !!! Tout est très propre, la literie, la vaisselle, la maison. La proprietaire est hors paire. Des cadeaux de bienvenue. Parfait parfait parfait !!!! A refaire sans moderation ! Proche du bessat pour aller faire de la luge

Très bon séjours

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gîte pour les vacances, très bien équipés avec 3 chambres disposant chacune de sa salle de bain. Christine nous a très bien accueilli et a été très à l’ecoute. La région propose de nombreuses balades, toutefois assez raides depuis le gîte.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Platz sowohl drinnen und draußen. Alles was man für einen schönes Aufenthalt benötigt war vorhanden. Auch für Kinder wurde an alles gedacht. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Hier kann man sich wirklich gut erholen. Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder!

Relaxing country stay

We had a great stay here and the house worked great for our large group. The space worked great and let us spread out and relax. The house is well furnished and had everything we needed. The patio has great views of the valley. Christine was very responsive and helpful.

Relaxing mountain retreat

We had a fabulous and relaxing time at Valla-en-Gier! Christine was an excellent host and provided everything we could have asked for at the property. Being located very nearby, they were able to assist with anything we needed. Nearby towns nestled within the mountains were very picturesque and the view from the house was superb. We would highly recommend the house as a getaway for the family, making use of proximity to Lyon, Grenoble and even Geneva.

Gite spacieux et très lumineux, à proximité d'un village très tranquille, nous avons passé un week end formidable, fait de très belles balades dans de magnifiques paysages. Superbe maison au point de vue de carte postale

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette superbe maison (4 adultes et 3 enfants et avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous avons pu faire de la luge un peu plus haut (au blessât) et nous réchauffer au refuge du chaubouret). A 30 minutes de saint Étienne, c'est parfait si vous devez vous y rendre régulièrement. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. Destination conseillée !

Merci à Christine pour son accueil chaleureux. Sa maison correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et tout le nécessaire y était. Un immense service rendu avec la mise à disposition du lit et du transat pour mon bébé. Mes amis et moi avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette jolie demeure.

Superbe accueil pour un super séjour.

Petite troupe de théâtre qui cherchait à se mettre au vert un week-end pour répéter... Christine nous a très bien accueilli dans ce gîte idéalement placé. Entourés de neige avec une vue magnifique, nous avons passé un week-end magnifique entre amis. La pièce à vivre et ses baies vitrées offre un dépaysement total ! Pour ce qui est de l'équipement, des lits, des salles de bain tout est absolument impeccable ! Nous recommandons cette adresse ! Nous comptons certainement revenir en mai pour réviser notre prochaine pièce. Merci encore !
