Heeled rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France Belleme.
Bellême, the old capital of the Perche, is now a small city of character, full of surprises, that have chosen many antique shops to keep shop. Nearby, the Perche extends its gentle hills, often crowned with forests. Josiane and Joel have free rein to let their imagination to make this workshop a unique cottage, clear and bright facing the morning sun. Their taste for beautiful antiques and objects "tell stories" gave this area a very "vintage" that may surprise. Rest assured: neither beds nor household equipment are provided "vintage"!Former workshop restored in a small private residence in the heart of the Small City of Character Belleme.
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed for 2), kitchen, laundry and toilet. Floor: two bedrooms (1 bed 2 people in 180, 2 beds 1 person 90x200), bathroom / shower with WC. Floor heating on the ground floor. private terrace.
Access to the wooded park of 2000m².

A really delightful spot

Belleme is a cute town, with excellent amenities, and a good spot for day trips to explore (you can reach Normandy, the Loire, even Mont-St-Michel at a push). The house is really lovely, well appointed and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace overlooking a lovely garden. It has everything you need, and is very private and quiet. Strongly recommended.

Incredible view

Very stilish robust house with modern kitchen and all gear that you might want. A magnificent view from the terrace ( as in the website or better). The bakery within 100 m and the rest of Bellême in walking distance. Very friendly and hospitable host and hostess who helped us to park the car inside the gate and told us we could sit anywhere in the garden. In short: this is what one hopes for.

Good location in an interesting town

Good adaptation of an old property. Well furnished and equipped. We enjoyed some of the quirky touches. Convenient parking. The view across the garden was pleasantly rural, As we were late in the year we didn't have a chance to enjoy the outdoor seating. Belleme was just what we hoped for. An interesting town with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Joel was an excellent host - helpful and responsive

Logement accueillant et bien équipé, très bien situé à proximité du centre ville de Bellême, tout peut se faire à pied.Forêt, château, plein d’endroits à visiter dans la région. Je conseille cette location où nous avons séjourné pour la 2eme fois.

Il y a Bellême, bien sûr, mais passé le portail du 18 de la rue Hauguinière, une magie opère : le panorama à perte de vue et le magnifique jardin qui s'ouvre sur l'horizon, l'Atelier restauré avec raffinement et décoré avec originalité qui vous invite à un doux farniente, et puis, cerise sur le gâteau, il y a Joël et Josiane Lenoir, aux petits soins et en même temps si discrets que nous remercions encore pour cet acceuil si précieux.

Beau séjour à Bellême

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gite de Josiane et Joël. Le gite est très agréable, lumineux,parfaitement équipé et organisé. La terrasse est agréable; le jardin dont nous avons pu profiter est très beau. L'emplacement est idéal pour à pieds faire ses courses, aller au restaurant et pour les activités de proximité (golf, mini golf, tennis, départ de sentiers de randonnée ou vélo). L'accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires étaient parfaits et chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.

Die Wohnung war für uns einfach klasse, der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen und ist auch sehr bemüht. Das Auto kann man bei der Wohnung auf einem abgeschlossenen Hinterhof parken.Falls wir wieder einmal nach Belleme fahren gehen wir sicher wieder in diese Wohnung.

Awesome Belleme Experience

This was an outstanding gite that was full of character and architectural features which we love. The setting was peaceful with fantastic views and use of the owner's garden. There were plenty of places to sit and enjoy any part of the day, sipping the wines of the region!! Our hosts were magnificent in all aspects. Would happily return to Belleme and re-book this heavenly space.

Séjour parfait !

Une prestation parfaite : un endroit idéal en plein centre du village, au calme. Un accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire. Un gîte parfaitement aménagé dans lequel rien ne manque : on s'y sent presque comme chez nous. Une documentation à disposition dès notre arrivée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Bellême, la maison est située en centre ville parfait pour sortir le soir si l’on souhaite. Les environs sont parfaits pour de la randonnée ou faire du vélo, la ville regorge de boutiques et brocantes, et la maison parfaitement équipée avec un grand jardin et terrasse ideal pour profiter du beau temps et se détendre.
